There are so many cool features with this TV & set up is super easy & a QR code pops up for easy set up to apps etc. I love that I can tap my phone on the tv to mirror my phone instead of trying to figure out how to do the casting. I had to purchase 3 TVs and didn't know what brand was better so I priced checked & ended up buying 3 different brands all within the same price range but the Samsung was 60” the others were 55” & 58” once setting them all up I really wished I got all Samsungs. Needless to say the 60” that was meant for the Living room is now my bedrooom tv. Yes I love it that much. Would definitely buy again.

I really like how you can control the TV with the smart things app in your phone. I'm still finding amazing features as time passes. Can't wait to upgrade to a new one later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going on my second Samsung and I love it, the features and apps are awesome and easy to switch on the Samsung, I know it's going to last since I had my last one for over 10 years, it's clean and lightweight and has a minimal border, maximizing the screen of the tv. It was cheaper and larger with better specs compared to its competitors. I've had two other friends purchase the tv without my recommendation and they have loved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV Great TV, I'm a Samsung mobile user and that experience has been great, so go to a Samsung Mart TV , was a no brainer... the only hiccup it has, some times apps don't download unless you unplug and reply the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With tv's getting less expensive each year and growing in size, we were extremely happy with the price we paid for the size we received. The quality of picture was great and making adjustments quickly with the preset picture options is a nice when changing between movies, tv and games. I have always liked Samsung products so there may be a little bias there but compared to other tv products like Roku and Visio, the Samsung product provided everything I needed. Hopefully, we will upgrade to one of their higher end products.

the features are great. the picture quality, design, it builds up to everything it promises...except the user interface. it's a true pain and is one of the most worst interfaces i've ever dealt with. searching up apps and tv shows is a real pain because of the built in keyboard, so i find myself looking through apps and the universal guide. but sometimes even the apps are a pain in themselves. overall, i do really think it's a great tv and lives up to everything it promisies (except the ui of course). if this gets fixed i'll bring it back up to a 5, but if this isn't getting fixed anytime soon it's staying here. overall, it's a really great experience, has a lot of features, blends in with google & alexa, and holds up it's value well.

Have had this for two weeks. It's nice and picture is good. One issue. There's only two HDMI ports on back. Can hook up sound system and one other device but that's it. Also having issues with soundtrack not matching video. Doesn't matter if it's TV, blue ray it streaming... Just happens off and on all the time. Kind of annoying.

I bought this TV approximately 1 month ago, and was a bit disappointed that the sound went out after about 5 days. The good news is that I phoned your service desk and the technician had me up and running again with sound in about 5 minutes. You need to fix that problem.
