Great Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Samsung 55in 4k TV almost 2 years ago, and we have yet to have any sort of issues with it. It has always been reliable, fast, and easy to use. It must also perform its own maintenance because I have never even needed to do any updates or anything to keep it running smoothly. We are happy with our purchase and I would recommend.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the home screen is set up is confusing and not easy to navigate. It is not easy to find and download apps, I couldn't even find a specific app that should be available. Also, after about 2-3 months of use, a horizontal line showed up in the middle of the screen that won't go away.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung's website under 'Support' (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for the TU7000 under Crystal UHD TVs > T Model Lineup. In regards to the horizontal line on your screen. First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed. Next, 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem, or Show again to see the image a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see lines during the Picture Test. When calling, ensure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number. You can contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. More than I expected

I have been using this tv for about a month, and it seems I find new features every other day. I was using it for a week without internet (I had just moved) and was very pleasantly surprised when I found the Samsung TV channels once I was connected! Yet one more reason to cut the cord! It works with Apple and Alexa, has so many built in features, and the picture is unreal. The dual position legs is an amazing feature that I wish other larger tvs had. The only con I can come up with after a month is that I would really have liked one or two more HDMI inputs, but that's it.

Great Product for the Price

I just click the Netflix button and no longer have to change the input on the tv first, like with my old tv. The image is very clear, sound is good, and I am overall a satisfied customer!

Problems with Apple AirPlay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still unable to reliably airplay2 videos from several IOS apps and web browsers. Error message says to make use apple device and tv ate using the same home wifi network, which has been confirmed. UTUBE runs airplay2 well, and screen mirroring works reliably.

Samsung 70” Crystal UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV for our family room where we watch our favorite shows and movies. It's a rather big room and we sit about 15 feet from the screen and the 70” screen is great! The picture is so clear and the detail is amazing, it's like you're right there. I like nature documentaries and the sharp colors really snaps! The contrast between this picture and our old TV's is stunning - makes us so happy we bought it. The built in speakers are sufficient - even an old guy like me can hear all the dialogue and intricate sounds especially while watching nature shows. Overall this was a great purchase for us!

Just unbelievable

We just love it.its our first tv of this type. We didn't know that they made tvs like this. The color and depth just jump out at you. It is so incredible. Out only problem is the sound. Both my wife and I have a hearing problem and the volume is just not as loud as we like.

Great TV!

Love my new Samsung TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My new Samsung TV is great! The picture is fantastic and the set-up was a breeze. There has only been one issue so far. The TV disconnected from my WiFi. It was easily reconnected though, which is more than I can say for my old LG TV!

Solid budget-friendly purchase
