I power up my game system and it goes directly to the channel that has the hdmi cable connected to. It stores the recent apps you've used, and on top of that it tells u where u left off at. Without getting to the app, it's at the main menu. Will be purchasing soon again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for a couple of weeks now and it has been a great experience. The picture quality is nice and crisp. It's what you would except from a “crystal” display. Movies look great in 4K. I'd recommend to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for when I moved into my studio apartment! It fits great on the wall, the picture on it is great and never has lagged once! Never have had an issue with it! I love that it came with the samsung tv plus where it was its own tv channels!

I bought this a couple months ago. Picture is great. Switching between streaming apps is great and it recognizes my Amazon Firestick and lets you use the TV remote instead of having to switch over to the firestick remote. The sound can be a little low sometimes but has a ton of range to just turn it up. Very lightweight for hanging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is still top notch. It updates itself and the apps available are addiquit. I use a sound bar, but the t.v. peakers sound is good. Knock on wood, but I've had no problems with my unit.

our last tv was a 2105 model of a different brand & couldnt access hbo max or apple tv without some kind of external device. i just wanted to be able to turn on the tv & have the options there. since getting this tv we have been able to access all the channels. however, the picture is initially set up in some eco friendly way that makes it dark. you really have to play with it to make it light enough. but there should be a higher level to the brightness. it's also not the most user friendly. we end up exiting what we are watching by mistake quite often. being able to set things up with your smartphone is helpful. the picture is clear, sound is good, apps all there. an improvement would be a remote with a qwerty keyboard on back to make the search function quicker.

Bought this last week. Background is so dark that it cannot be watched except in darkest room even with maximum brightness and everything reset as per Samsung recommendations. Backlight controls have been removed by Samsung so cannot fix. Samsung help line says its the fault of the TV producers who make movies and shows too dark. Taking it back, getting different manufacturer.

the picture is amazing....i know its not 8k but this picture really pops out....the sound is pretty good too dont have an echo like my old tv.... biggest complaint is the interface and home button and finding apps!!!! they need to simplify it and make it easier more like a phone display instead of everything on a line!!!! i do find it frustrating tring to find apps that isnt preloaded on the system.....and veey complicated and confusing....if they want to play with the big boys like roku they need to change and make it more user friendly!!!! i do ok with it... older people do not!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture clarity is great. Sound pretty good for built-in speakers. Easy setup. Only dissatisfaction is with the remote control. We have a 55 inch Samsung smart tv that included a smart remote with voice input. My wife has difficulty with this remote. Too many buttons for visually handicap person.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear amd the sound is great. We stream with a lot of services, and watch a lot of different things. We use YouTube, and Chromecast. I love that everything is already loaded on the TV.
