It was easy to take out of the box an assemble. The only recent issue we came across is a green tint on the faces but it has gone away.

My favorite thing about this TV is its connectivity; it can connect to my phone, Xbox remote and normal tv controller simultaneously. Also, the picture is INCREDIBLE. On top of all of that, I love it for its ‘video game mode.'

There are apps for every streaming service you can think off and the process to download/move apps is simple. I love my TV. Two complaints- The remote arrows and enter button are small and oddly shaped. I also didn't like the how the keyboard showed more than one letter when you hovered over the letter you want, but you can turn that off.

The features are great (built in apps, easy setup, etc.) but at the end of the day how a big game looks in HD is what it's all about and this one totally hits the mark. Easy to use screen items, and remote is easy to use. So far owned for one month. Had issues with other Samsung Tv's but this was a deal, and people seemed to like it. Hope it lasts us years.

I has everything I wanted at the price range I could afford. The crystal UHD 4K resolution screen pops with color and clarity. Xbox one games look fantastic. The smart TV functions work great and the amount of apps available have used my viewing pleasure. The universal smart remote easily works all my peripherals as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

Samsung service was responsive, but the TV repair company representative was not great Slight remote response delay Software is a bit buggy - have had some issues with downloading apps - we had to unplug the TV and plug it back up in order to get some apps to download Since we had some issues in the beginning with this TV, we have only been using it for about a week. But so far, it has been a great TV. The clarity of this TV is very noticeable - you can see details so well, and the colors are very vivid. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to our basement family room. We are planning to watch Star Wars IV on it tonight!

This television is literally 6ft long so anytime a friend, or family walks into my living room they are blown away by its size. The tv is crystal clear, the sound is fantastic and I am so glad I bought it. Everything in my house is Samsung so I am one proud customer and I love all y Samsung products. Oh, sometimes scrolling through the apps can be a bit confusing because it's not so easy to know what app is being selected, but after a few tries, I figured it out.
