This is TV is Ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have done more reviews on this TV. My TV only has two HDMI ports and no chrome cast built in feature. Im an avid supporter of Samsung electronics. I was disappointed to see that this TV has Apple air play built in but no chrome cast feature.

Great TV with a few glitches

definitely love the new tv. i've had a samsung 40" for the last 8+ years and only bought this cause i wanted 4k. definitely great picture quality and sound is much better than i expected (without a soundbar). my main issues are with the lag in response when i press a button on the remote. also, with my previous samsung i was up and watching a program in less than 5 minutes from of setup. with this one it took close to 20 mins (downloading app, setting up an account, and then setting up the tv). i bought a tv to watch and the initial experience was bad, to say the least. otherwise, i'm very happy with the tv.

Wonderful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV does all I need. I recently added an office onto my carport in order to work from home and needed a tv to go in it because it will function as a pseudo-man cave as well. I can stream all my services such as YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc and mirror anything I need to from my apple devices. The picture quality is amazing and the sound, which was great to begin with, is even better when paired with the Samsung soundbar and subwoofer.

Great TV

The TV is great. I love it. My only little negative is the remote. I wish It came with a voice activated remote. I get the whole connecting an Alexa, and I probably will eventually. But the fact I have to do that. The remote I can talk to would make things so much easier. It just makes searching smoother and faster. Instead of pressing a bunch of buttons to get to an app.

Best TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are not able/willing to make the jump to OLED or QLED this is the best TV in this price point on the market. The user interface and software OS is fantastic, and the picture is great for this range of product. You will see haze around light objects on dark screens but it's minimal, and should be expected. The picture does blur a little during fast moving scenes, but that's also to be expected due to the level of product. I'm using mine in a well lit room during the day, and a dark room as the day/night transition happens. The product handles this well. Enjoy!

TV that I bought last year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new TV and now Samsung is flagship brand at most retailers so I looked at a few different models and saw one that met the few things I needed and have loved it since then. One thing I like about this TV is that it automatically labels the inputs to what the device is that connected to that input, another thing would be the free television app because cable is really expensive and even more so if you're barely ever using it.

Great bang for my buck!

Pixelation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great picture and bright but you clearly see distortion around objects when they move across the screen. Most times it isn't that noticeable but sometimes it's pretty disheartening because it's a brand new tv. I had an LG prior to this and never had any issues like what I'm having with my Samsung. It's disappointing I always bragged about a Samsung I owned years ago. I guess you need to spend a grand to get a better picture.

If you are experiencing distortion, the issue may be due to not connecting correctly with an external device. Please check your connection with these steps: 1. Disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV, then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet. 2. If the external device supports UHD video, use a dedicated HDMI cable (4K) for HDMI video playback. 3. If a component cable is used, make sure that the colored connectors are connected to the matching connectors on the external device and the TV. 4. Check the cable connection if you use a set-top box. The cable you need to check depends on the type of set-top box. 5. Make sure that your access point is connected to the Internet. If not, disconnecting and reconnecting its power cable may be required. 6. If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device, and ensure that your TV supports the video output mode. Great product!

The picture quality is amazing, the ease of setup, and the ease of daily use make it great as well.
