[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up of this TV was really simple and the instructions are easy to follow. We have a stand for the tv so inserting the legs into it took less than a minute and a screwdriver isn't needed. I don't have a Samsung phone but I like the fact that you can use it to control the TV. I have now been using it for a few weeks and it does not disappoint. I really like the fact you have 5 different settings on the picture mode so you can change it depending on what you are watching. I like the dynamic for when we are watching new films but for the older tv shows I have found the natural or movie settings best as the dynamic is just too bright. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are good to have and save time. It took a bit of Googling how to set up the antenna tv guide once we got a longer coaxial cable so that was a little bit annoying. I am used to having 3 hdmi ports and this does only have 2 but it's not a deal breaker. Having the Samsung tv plus channels is a really good feature even if there are a lot of channels to scroll through to find what you want, it does remember the last channel you were on though so if you have a favorite you don't need to try and find it again. There are a lot of buttons on the remote and to be honest I don't think you need that many as it's easy to catch a button you don't want to hit. I actually would prefer a larger remote so the buttons are further apart. My general overall opinion is that this is a great tv. It's not expensive and you get a brilliant tv with a fantastic clear picture and the sound is also very good. It's my first Samsung TV but it certainly won't be my last.

i would give five stars except when viewing the screen from the side the color is very faded. this is only when viewed at an extreme angle which is not common. other than that we love this tv. the smart universal remote control was a very positive change for our household. now we can operate everything we use and view with one remote. we are very happy.

The frame is really thin so I rarely ever notice it, I just see a beautiful picture. I truly love how easily I can airplay from my entertainment boxes, laptop and phone; it truly makes streaming with airplay a breeze. It has Samsung Tv Plus which has channels like News & Opinion, Entertainment, Crime, Game Shows, Sports, Food, Home & Travel, Reality, Latino, International, Comedy, Gaming, Kids, Science & Nature, Sci Fi & Horror, Movies, Music with hundreds of live channels all for free with your Wi-Fi. With the included remote you have access to a lot of popular apps. too, I was also able to download even more apps. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is pretty good alone, but we do have a sound system also. There is 2 HDMI ports which is more than enough since you can access so many apps. I have my satellite plugged into one and the other is free. I believe I have covered most everything here. I don't think you can go wrong with this television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of the tv is phenomenal. It's true to its name being crystal clear. You are able to view full picture quality from all angles. The tv is extremely sleek and thin. The back of the tv has a modern pinstripe finish. I mounted the tv on a tv stand and it was extremely light and easy to do. I love there is hardly any bezel around the screen. The audio seems standard to my other smart tvs, nothing to spectacular but that's to be expected. The remote has dedicated buttons to quickly go to netflix or prime video. I really enjoy all of the free tv apps. However with having so many options the tv does lag while scrolling thru the menus. Overall it is a great tv to watch movies and play video games on. I also would of liked more hdmi ports to support more devices being connected to the television. The Samsung crystal uhd is a great budget choice tv that I feel confident in recommending. “I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion”

we notmally love samsung products, but purchasing this tv was a mistake. first, it was very difficult to set up. second, it only has 2 hdmi ports. we were going to simply unplug the switch when we want to use our dvd player, but the tv wants to know what is plugged into the ports and it tajes a bit to set up a new device. third, it always has a glare and appears to be made for a completely dark room. also, (my fault for not checking) it has 4 feet so we cant swivel it to see better from different seats in the room. i wish i had done my research.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but now every single day it disconnects from my WiFi, and despite me refreshing and trying to reconnect, it keeps failing to connect. The issue isn't from my router, as all of my other electronics are not losing connection. It's only the TV. It won't fix unless I unplug the power cord and plug it back in. I have to do this every single day. I have a brand new TV; this should NOT be happening. It's incredibly frustrating because I was under the impression that Samsung was one of the best TV brands, but apparently I was mistaken. Is this covered under warranty? My TV must be defected.

this tv replaced a 8 year old samsung we were so pleased with the last one we bought another and it does not disappoint. beautiful picture , crisp clear and with great detail . it was easy to setup and get going with it and we love the samsung tv subscription that came with it. remote is easy to use as are the settings. when this one wears out will definitely buy another samsung they are just wonderful tv's....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs, we have a larger one in the living room. This is the perfect size for the master bedroom. The apps available are great, no more firestick needed. The picture is also fantastic and very clear. But I think the best part...the remote! I can control everything with one remote and this new remote is so much better than the one we have with the other Samsung, the more buttons the better! The only thing I would change is the stands, they look out of place because they are a plastic material and not a nice finish like the rest of the TV.
