50" tu700 cons: buggy firmware kept switching input to computer that was off then complaining about no signal. picture dim and muddy. manual also dim hard to read. pros: tv packed extremely well no damage though carton punctured. conclusion: did a factory reset then plugged in my roku since tv wouldn't display hulu. if i had a do-over i get a regular tv and add streaming devices. afraid to dissemble for return bc might cause damage.

True garbage television.
upgraded from off brand tvs thinking samsung wouldn't let me down. wow, was i wrong. this is the biggest piece of junk tv i've ever had the unfortunate experience of owning. within a few months, i've had it crash, freeze, apps stop working and i have to reset the entire tv to get them functional again, it randomly loses wireless connection and won't reconnect even though every other wireless device in my house is running fine. also, the volume is a joke... you'll be able to hear music thumping away while watching something, but you sure as heck won't hear the voices. try the amplify volume feature? louder thumpy music, still can't hear talking. the only good thing about this tv: the picture quality is pretty nice and has good color.

I love how user friendly it is, the remote is easy and quick. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. The hues of color are so vivid. I feel as if I'm in my own movie theater. I love the choices of apps already included and the ease of adding more. Samsung makes the process so simple for purchasing new app subscriptions. The Samsung TV lineup offers so many choices of shows and movies. Even the internet browser is a breeze to use. I love them so much that I have a Samsung TV in 4 other rooms. I am mostly homebound so a great TV is essential. Thank you Samsung!
Slim pickin's

I saved two hundred dollars trusting the store employee who told me a mount meant for up to 55” might fit the larger model I wanted to fit my space. This display's vibrant picture makes streaming HD straight from the web a summer breeze, and the setup was smooth as a slice of cheesecake. I would gladly order another!

First 4k tv I bought was the curved and still have it today! I own 2 75 in qled tvs they are great! Amazing picture and people compelment it all the time. Can't go wrong.
Don't waste your money
only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.

Gorgeous picture and high quality definition TV!
our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!
On again Off again
shortly after the warranty expired so did the tv. cuts off and on every few seconds. can't stop that from happening without unplugging the tv. useless now. went through all the troubleshooting steps and online tricks. just not working. have to buy a new one not sure it will be a samsung product.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly, and that the troubleshooting steps you have attempted did not resolve the issue. Please try a few additional trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement. Depth and color is awesome.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially was used for just viewing cable. Then one day I clicked Apps button and was extremely surprised. Transitioning between streaming apps is incredibly fast and the color and depth is incredible. I love the fact as soon as I click one of my streaming services it pops right up and logs in. You can start watching your shows or movies within seconds. Samsung puts really nice processors in thier TVs. Even the web browser loads like it's a pc. All around performance and viewing pleasure is top notch. Its been good enough to where we replaced all of our tvs with Samsung TVs.
