[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to update my tv and got a TU7000 and loved my older version so I thought this one would be just as easy Nope, I find it more difficult that needs to be and can't download some apps that I wanted and your Samsung TV app seems to dominate the tv sometimes and wish I could delete it. I bought a Toshiba for my bedroom and it's a breeze to program and with the Samsung you have to be a professional to set up and etc... I bought this since my last one was so easy to use but I can't say that for this one. I think when I go to replace it I will go with another brand that is more user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy watching cable, over the air and streaming from apps in the living room. The large 60” TV is great from anywhere in the room. Color is vivid, sound is good and it was extremely easy to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always honest so if your just looking for praise, wrong lady. Great picture quality, like exceptional . If a wart had a wart, you'd know it. But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv. I had wanted a Samsung when a friend and my mother-in-law showed me theirs and I finally bought one and now I hope to purchase 3 more. I LOVE Samsung products. I am on the 4th tablet I have owned and researching a new one, also researching the smart phones. I the amount of space they have and the capabilities is why I love the products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am satisfied with the quality of the tv. It even survived, with original packing, a 1000 mile trip. The color and clarity is great. The only part of am not fond of is that we a movie is showing a panoramic view of countryside, it looks likes it warped. I use the tv for watching movies and shows. I do not do gaming or the like. It suits my purposes. Sorry, I don't know how to upload photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just love the instant game mode feature on the tv...allows for the low latency settings to automatically activate as the game is turned on.. connecting Bluetooth speaker is also a plus..would be nice if there were more compatible apps to install..Oh one more thing the touch share view between Samsung phone & tv is a neat addition..

Good picture quality until the distortion started. TV is two years old and has a vertical stripe near the center of the screen. Very annoying. Also, the speakers produce strange audio occasionally. Sounds like someone speaking through a voice changer at a slower rate. Can't recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our TV for about a year now and have had no issues at all! The picture is clear and beautiful! I have my Xbox hooked up through hdmi so when I use my remote for the TV I can use it to turn my Xbox on as well which is really nice if you don't feel like getting up to do so.. Lol. I also love the recall feature, my daughter pressed some buttons on the remote and I couldn't remember what I was watching but all I had to do was press recall and there it was. It has samsung TV so channels like MTV, A&E, history and like a thousand more are on there and it's free. I hope this tv lasts me a long time bc I love it, and if something happens to it I plan on getting another Samsung.
