Terrible picture no HD

Terrible picture brand new tv has waves in the picture and an entire line across the screen. HDMA ports not working all the time. Cant get apps on Apple TV since Samsung makes user log into wifi . Getting a different tv and not happy with of picture on all Samsung plus channels no HD.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best TVs we have and it's been really good since we got it. The features like the apps (YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, Spotify) is great. It has an amazing 4K viewing experience with great picture detail. The speakers are great with Dolby enabled giving it that extra sound experience, unlike other TVs. I love the remote and it's got some smart keys on it at the click of a button. The USB and HDMI slots at the back are useful if you want to connect to any media devices, gaming consoles, and HD devices. The button at the bottom of the TV is quite useful if you can't find your remote and want to do something on the TV you could use the button. I like how you can connect Bluetooth devices for audio on the TV if you want to connect headphones to listen by yourself. Overall, an excellent product by Samsung again. It ticks all boxes in features, pictures, sound, viewing experience, friendly UI & installation.

Problems with Apple AirPlay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still unable to reliably airplay2 videos from several IOS apps and web browsers. Error message says to make use apple device and tv ate using the same home wifi network, which has been confirmed. UTUBE runs airplay2 well, and screen mirroring works reliably.

An excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to go in my bedroom and the picture is outstanding. Beautiful colors, easy to set up and use. I use the TV for gaming, streaming and music. The sound is amazing. 10/10 would buy again.

"Sponsored" Content (Ads) on the Main Home Bar!!!

I paid a premium price for a Samsung TV, only to find that there is "Sponsored" content on the main Home Bar. That's advertising, and IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Otherwise the TV is okay, but I may very well return it if Samsung can't tell me how to remove the ads. I will NOT pay for a product, and then have to pay again by being subjected to advertising. What part of that doesn't Samsung understand???

For the price point a great value

Fantastic user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is our 4 th Samsung TV. Our 3rd TV was not that high model. But the current TU7000 is new and a great product. The TV is great, however it lacks viewing angle and is a little dark. Best viewing angle is the middle. The sound is great. I love the interface and all the options for all the apps. I wish the Bluetooth connection was better. Overall lovely product. I'd buy again!

Not as good as my old Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to update my tv and got a TU7000 and loved my older version so I thought this one would be just as easy Nope, I find it more difficult that needs to be and can't download some apps that I wanted and your Samsung TV app seems to dominate the tv sometimes and wish I could delete it. I bought a Toshiba for my bedroom and it's a breeze to program and with the Samsung you have to be a professional to set up and etc... I bought this since my last one was so easy to use but I can't say that for this one. I think when I go to replace it I will go with another brand that is more user friendly.

We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. Easy to get starting watching a great picture!

KISS Mentality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always honest so if your just looking for praise, wrong lady. Great picture quality, like exceptional . If a wart had a wart, you'd know it. But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv.
