We love it because we can use all our favorite app such as Amazon prime, Netflix, YouTube and Hulu. Also, we have Samsung tv access to all tv networks and more. We don't need to purchase cable. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased the TV in 2020. The picture quality was beautiful. The volume could be better. I am writing this review now because the picture quality is horrible. For the last few months the picture goes dark. As of the last week the screen is completely dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a 50" HD TV, wow! Absolutely satisfied with the picture quality and the Samsung TV Channels. The sound quality is meh, so do yourself a favor and get a soundbar at minimum. Compared to the 8000 series and saw no noticeable difference in picture quality. Best bang for the buck TV.

I absolutely do not regret picking this model at all. It has incredible sound and picture. I thought about buying a sound bar but this TV does enough as it is and that's super impressive. One downside is my remote. If you press a button once it will trigger it as pressing it twice and that can be annoying at times.

I do wish the menu was a little easier to navigate, however there is no lag or delay when switching between apps or inputs. I would definitely buy this tv again.

This is easily one of the best electronic purchases I ever made. It was definitely an upgrade from the previous television I had. Not only does the TV feel like a movie screen, it comes with a variety of streaming apps to download. I have no complaints with my TV. As a matter of fact, I never had any issues with Samsung appliances or electronics.
