Good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it because it was one of the only TVs that supported the MLB.tv app. Works fine. The smart features are a bit slow and I was very disappointed when I noticed there was “sponsored” content (aka ads) included that you can't turn off. It would be a fantastic TV if not for the sponsored content. Thinking about returning it.

BEST TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV with no expectatives at all. When I turned ON OMG the quality looks so good and the color, sound in another lever i can be in my kitchen doing stuff and still hearing straight from the TV. BEST DECISION BY FAR.

Samsung Tech Doesn't Apply in Real Life

i had a comprehensive and constructive review written, one that i believe could be helpful; unfortunately it did not meet the 800-character guideline. Rather than try and contact me about the problems I have with their product, the company chose to delete my review. The TV operating system is terribly problematic (I've been able to find online commentary that it is just Samsung's technology). It requires a system restart every week or so. As noted in the title, those of use living in real world simply don't have time for that nonsense. My inexpensive Roku TVs work much better. The remote design is illogical too, for what it's worth.

Love the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream everything from it my DirecTV Stream and all my apps everything is in 4K and I am not disappointed at all I own a 65 inch in this model and a 50 in in a 6 series model! I LOVE Samsung phones, soundbars, stc... I even have a Samsung blu-ray player before they stopped making them!!! Trust me buy Samsung you won't go wrong

Great TV. Amazing picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my 70" Samsung hanging on the wall in the LR. Super light weight and it fit up to my existing bracket I used from my previous TV. I don't subscribe to cable anymore so I went with an antenna. The HD is amazing for the locals. My wife and I enjoy streaming Hula, NetFlix, and others. The controls are easy to navigate and very simple to use. Sound quality is excellent with no booster. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung tv is great as a customer who likes to shop deals and not buy TVs for at least a few years at a time. What I like about my Samsung tv is it's ability to provide It's own channels that my family and can enjoy. On top of its own channels it integrates live Local television with its guide, making it feel like you have your own cable box. My Samsung tv has been also a great experience jumping between streaming apps. My only gripe probably is that not all newer apps are placed right away or maybe some don't make it in to the Samsung App Store. A little extra features I noticed was the ability to customize your background into a slide show of your choosing and a channel for some ambiance of a wood burning fire, beach noiseS and nature sounds. As far as quality only your eyes can judge mine say that looks awesome. Love my tv so far.

Remote control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remote control does not change cable channels, does not work on Altice channels, guide option does not work, cannot change channels, volume and mute button does not work. Have to use cable remote to change cable station and sound. Picture is great though on Samsung and Netflix.

Nice for Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this television. Wonderful picture straight out of the box. Super easy set-up process. We are a Samsung phone household so it was completely effortless to set-up through the Smart Things app. It connects to all streaming services straight from the TV without having to use extra devices to cast. One complaint I saw prior to purchasing was the limited number of HDMI ports. We connected our satellite to one that stays connected and simply have a cable inserted in the other that we can connect to any other device as needed (gaming console, DVD Player, etc) - the use of these are rare enough that it doesn't bother us. I am also sure there is some sort of splitter device that would allow us to keep them all plugged in and toggle through them as desired, which would be the better option for us anyways since we don't like having tons of cables visible with our TV being mounted to the wall.

Slow, only reliable somtimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV, the overall quality is good. But there are times when the software is so slow and I have to wait 10 seconds (or more) for the system to catch up before I can hit another button on the remote. I have also had problems with the picture flashing or not showing colors properly during bright scenes. It also bothers me that some applications are not available on the version of Tizen that works on this model. The most up-to-date software should be available.

ST73628: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when using your remote. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Great pic, constantly loses internet connection

set up for this tv was a breeze. the picture really is terrific. however, i have to reset the network and re-enter the wi-fi password almost daily. makes it a long road to get to streaming, which is why one buys a smart tv. i even had the internet upgraded, still the problem persists.
