I have tried several ways (including calling the Samsung remote service) and I can't get my cell phone to send a signal to the TV through Wi-Fi In the case of audio, it is not much better, it has very few options to be able to configure a good sound, since the voice is not clear at all and there is a lot of background noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD 4K TV is an absolute dream of set. Beautiful 4K Resolution with Gorgeous Vibrant Colors, Amazing Contrast, and an easy to use Interface. The sounds quality isn't nothing to scoff at either, with Surround sound speakers on the front and back of the TV, watching movies feels like an in home movie theater. The Smart features are simply astounding having Netflix, YouTube, and various other apps at the press of a button is to Amazing for words. Overall the Crystal UHD 4K TV is simply put Amazing in every way, definitely worth the money.

The speaker is pretty decent. It's a great size screen and I love all the different apps and channels it holds. Very satisfied with this product.

overall, we are happy with our samsung tv. it makes viewing much more pleasant and dynamic than our previous 10 year old tv. the color and crispness of the picture are excellent. the sound is good, but we are considering buying external speakers to give us an even better experience. our greatest complaint would be side viewing picture quality. resolution begins to fade immediately as you move left or right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv looks nice but all of the features are slow and hard to navigate. Adding apps is not easy and switching between programs is a pain. I will likely need to add a smart device roku, fire stick etc to make the tv more functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung TV. I use it outside. The internal speakers work great even outside. The picture is crisp and bright and it doesn't get distorted by the sunlight (although it is covered and only gets sunlight in the early morning). This is my third Samsung TV and I will continue to buy Samsung. My previous one lasted over 6 years and i only got rid of it because I upgraded to a 65".
