Fantastic Television!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this television for our bedroom. The quality is fantastic. The SMART TV connects to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. with no issues. Sound is great and picture is crystal clear. The price made this tv even better. Highly, highly recommend!

This our second samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in our bedroom we love the picture it gives us. We stream off the apps the tv has on it. Plus my wife loves Samsung Tv plus there is so much selection. It works great no awkward wires to run and easy to set up. I had the tv up and running in just five minutes. We like the remote button layout also. We've had several Samsung tvs and haven't had a bad experience with them yet. What do they say "don't fix it if it ain't broke" so we'll stay with Samsung thank you.

Had to upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the 43 inch in the living room. Upgraded to 55 (who doesn't love a bigger screen), same model! Wouldn't have gotten any other brands or models if I wasn't satisfied with my 43 inch. Also love how it comes with Samsung TV (no cable, so can watch real tv without streaming).

software is awful!

we absolutely love the clarity and colors on this tv, but navigating the software is extremely clunky! we had a roku tv and it was a walk in the park to navigate and when we needed to replace it we were drawn to the samsung because of what a beautiful and clear picture it had. the remote has got way too many buttons and they are all so close together that my husband is constantly pushing the wrong one because he has large man fingers. i have small fingers and i had a terrible time entering my password and email when trying to sign in to apps i already had. finding the apps was also a nightmare! if we had it to do over, we would probably buy another roku tv.

Great TV

Great Value and Great Picture

My teens love the apps and the ease of use....I love the picture when I'm catching my favorite Chicago teams play. Very nice flesh tones when I'm catching my favorite series as well. Overall, very good television!

Great TV, but network and app difficulty

i bought this tv and the picture is great; however, every time i turn it on, i have to reconnect it to the network. i have three other samsung's in the house and i do not have this issue with the other ones. sometimes, i am only able to access the samsung plus app. it will not allow me to access netflix, hulu, youtube, etc. i will turn it on and off and it still will not let me access it.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Great TV, Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy setup with my Samsung galaxy Note9. No trying to remember passwords or sign on. Legs were Easy to install and seem sturdy. The clips that hold the cables are very nice for keeping the cords neat. I have yet to use all the functionality that the TV offers. Again very nice TV!

Amazing picture & color!

The first we bought when we first got married in 2012 and every new TV since then has been a Samsung. This purchase was for our living room and it has worked perfectly since the day we hung it on the wall, sound is amazing, picture is vibrant and clear, and the smart function gets used every day! I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade!

Samsung TU7000 a great and exceptional TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a purchaser of many different model tv in my lifetime the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD is by far the best TV on the market. With its superior 4K image and color superiority competitors will have a hard time matching not only the image aspects but also the features within this set. Pros Video: The Samsung TU7000 has all the technology that delivers an out of this world quality image: 4K processor (2160p versus the HD1080), Crystal colors displayed and a motion rate 120 for your high-speed programs or movies make for an easier view with no image distortion when viewing your favorite action movie. The colors and dark black that some tv can't handle this TV does. Setup: connecting all your devises to the TV via the HDMI ports is simple and once you turn on the Samsung TU7000 it automatically does its internal setup and configuration making things simple. Simple for me, makes it simple for my 80 year old dad. Getting him one on his birthday. Wireless lan or connect via 5E/6E you choose for the apps you decide to download. Bluetooth and streaming from your Android or IOS devices. I love being able to directly project onto my Samsung TU7000 any app from my phone, or just pictures stored in my other android devices Cons: Like in most flat TV in the market the speakers are not delivering the most powerful sound possible. Purchase a soundbar or connect to your home stereo system. You will be disappointed if you expect a great sound quality from it's own internal speaker system
