Easy to access application, remote functions and great volume control/speakers. Some issues I have are that the TV will freeze once in a blue moon and I'll have to unplug it from the outlet (remote won't work). Other TVs will have more HDMI inputs (this one only has 2 - I've seen others with 4). Lastly, when looking to replace our living room TV, I've seen bigger TV options (true brand names) for a lower price than Samsung. Overall, still a great TV that I'm blessed to have ♡

It works and looks great, the picture quality looks clear and it has all the apps that I usually use. I usually like to buy LG products, but Samsung has been just as good in terms of quality and display. I also downloaded the SmartThings app and linked it to the TV. It makes it so easy so that I can use my phone as a remote instead of always looking for my remote in between my couch cushions. I haven't had the time to buy a TV console yet so my TV is sitting on my floors, but the screen still displays great picture quality. No judgments please! Haha Overall, I highly recommend this TV!

The game mode is a nice feature and the customizations of the screen are excellent. I do not use the speakers as I prefer my the quality of my soundbar. I also take advantages of the downloadable apps (Netflix and HBO mainly) when watching things on the television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were unsure about the whole world of streaming but after purchasing this product we knew we wanted to watch shows and movies with such great precision. We do wish there were better, clearer directions about how to adjust the image, specifically the dimensions. There is nothing in the written material and the available information within the tv itself is just on a constant loop. It's worlds better than the old tv, but could be better with just clearer and more direct instruction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QleD82 inch TV that I have has remarkable unbelievable color and clarity. Even when I'm not using the surround system the sound Excels in quantity. And the Ease of switching to different channels and apps is remarkable.

This TV looks nice in bright scenes, and in a lighted room. But, it has large withish areas/patches close to all four corners, that blur such sections of the TV, when playing dark scenes, or without illumination in the room. As we installed it in the basement, in a room without windows, the foggy sections are quite visible, and really annoying. We had already discarded the packaging, by the time we tried the TV, and I'm not sure how to return it, to be exchanged. I purchased another Samsung 75" TV (The Frame), within the same month of December 2021, and loved it! We expected a similar experience with this less expensive TV. Unfortunately, we got a defective product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TU700 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV     In my house we only use Samsung because they are a well known and trusted brand . I can easily say I am not disappointed with this TV ! The TV was Fast and crystal clear , the only lag was when using Amazon prime video but all other applications were lag free . I watched some 4K TV and then regular TV both were crystal clear and had excellent sound. This new Samsung TV can be controller easily with the use of a tablet or smart phone and I was able to scroll thru Netflix with just my tablet and even turn my TV on and off  just by clicking on my tablet.       You'll no longer struggle to screw and unscrew the TV legs when moving , as the legs now simply snap in and you just pull to release them .       One thing I want to mention and this to me is the only downside was on my old Samsung TV we had 3 HDMI ports , this new TV only comes with 2 ports , so you may end up needing a splitter.

Picture quality is outstanding in 4K and is a pleasure to watch. Sound quality is decent for such a minimal design. Smart TV features and intuitive and offers a lot of different options. I'd buy this TV again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
