Audio Guidance works well

I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

The TV is beautiful features are nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV to stream all of our television channels. We do not have a cable carrier at the present time and don't want one because of the expense I found that we can get just as many channels and some features that they don't have.

I heart this flat screen

Whether I'm watching a movie or laughing it up with a sitcom, the picture is truly breathtaking. Not to mention whilst listening to my favorite music.. the quality of sound is out of this world. I tell you; the people over at Samsung really did their best work here on this item. thanks, aka. just another satisfied customer

Great for today's Apps.

Poor quality

i bought a new one. used only 40 days and problem happens. the picture is distorted, blur either i watched tv channel or youtube. turned off tv and turned on again, problem still occured. have to reset the tv, then it became normal. i am going to ask for replacement or return

Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve your issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (ver 1401.7) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. Superior picture and SMART features!

Sweet dreams

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always impressed with Samsung, but did find some deficincies with this model. When attaching my TIVO VIA HDMI it did not recognize it immeidately, as it did with a Samsung Blu-Ray player. Also I find that the processor has a little bit of lag to it when switching from app to app or when trying to select an item there is a lag.

Slow processor-BEWARE OF LAG

super excited once the tv was delivered. i just bought my first house and this tv seemed to be the perfect fit. once opened i was really upset at how much this brand new tv lagged. like lagged lagged. i will never buy another samsung tv because of how slow the 7 series is!!!! stuck with this tv, dont be like me! not impressed.
