we purchased this model for our living room, its big enough to make a statement but doesn't swallow the attention of the room. packaging was well thought out and made it extremely easy to unpack without worry of damage. easy mobile set up / log in for apps as well. only downside is the performance is very slow. buttons take a long time to respond, sound continues to play after “pause” is pushed. initial loading of apps is slow. we have 2 other smart tvs (not operating at the sane time) that have had no issues with speed. otter than that, great design /price.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Great tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly use this TV for streaming because we got rid of cable. I also use for my PS4 playing games. The only thing is when I upgraded from my 65", the remote was different. It took a while for my wife to get use to it. For the price, you can't beat it. I really love this TV. I've installed all my streaming apps and they work great. Will not buy anything but Samsung.
Amazing Television
great quality television as well as great price. the picture quality is second to none. the sound is perfect for a bedroom, whether watching a movie, show or even a game. the color quality is a perfect blend. like always samsung has produced another high quality television for a great low price.
2 relatively minor complaints
easy setup. beautiful looking picture, although hard at first to get used to the clarity of 4k. two complaints. the remote is extremely hard to use particularly the pause play fast forward fast review. but there really are in excess of buttons. second complaint is the reflectiveness of the screen. in daytime i have to sit at a certain angle for it not to catch the light from the shoji screen that masks my windows. at night the screen picks up my ceiling light. so i'm forced to really watch the tv in the dark with ambient light only. but i have no regrets
Excellent Features & Screen Quality

Worst Electronic device Ive ever owned.
this 75" samsung tv is hands down the worst electronic device ive ever owned. i bought new 4 months ago. repair man had to install a new power board. i have installed 2 apps...hbo max and Magellan now i get errors "memory full". i have auto updates turned off to save memory. i will never own another samsung.

This is a great TV with good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have really enjoyed our 65 inch Samsung TV. This was a big upgrade for us and we love the apps installed on the TV. It has good picture quality but could be a little brighter at times. Overall it was a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy a lot of the features PM the Samsung TV. Mirroring my screen is so simple. My disabled father had no trouble finding his favorite channels using either his phone app or the remote. Definitely a great purchase!
Internet Issues
will not stay connected to the internet. when i turn off the tv and turn it on it disconnects from the internet and the only way to correct it is to reset the network on the tv. i exchanged it for another tv and the second on did the exact same thing. i read online this is a common issue. had no idea and regret buying this tv. should have stuck with vizio products.

(15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote.
