I love my new Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying I did a lot of research for the features, size and price I was looking for. The Samsung Crystal UHD TV was everything I was looking for. It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!

Excellent quality at an excellent price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that, for the price, that this TV is far better quality than other brands I am familiar with. It looks good and it sounds good. The software is easy enough to navigate and select the programming that I want to see. I know that it is not the most expensive model available in its size, but since I am one of millions of Americans that are on the lower end of income, it is good that I was able to find a good quality television that I can afford. I really am impressed with the sound quality of my television!

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this is the best 4k tv i have ever seen and used. The picture is “crystal” clear and also has a really cool game mode that makes it look even better. My only complaint is the smart tv OS. If Roku was on this it would be perfect. Highly recommend!

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have had a few hd tv in my days but with this tv those were so called hd tv's. the picture this tv puts out just blows me away. all my old favorite tv shows , it's like watching them again for the first time see new stuff in the background that enhancing the story line......just one word to sum it all up..... picture looks "real"

I really like this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality of this TV. It is sharp and clear. It is great. I like the fact that I can control it with my galaxy phone. I wish it was louder but over all I love it. I also wish there were as many apps available as in a roku TV. I still haven't been able to download the NHL app on this TV.

Picture is fantastic

picture is fantastic but there is definitely something wrong with the tv. it will not good wifi settings and must be unplugged or re-set to connect with other devices. we bought this tv as a viewing option for its smart features in our work out room so we could use the casting features and smart playing options. does not hold the wifi settings to allow this. before anyone comments the router is in the same room…

Picture Too Dark - can't fix it

this tv has a clear picture and it was a good bargain (provided this issue is fixed). however, watching dark scenes in movies is impossible. i've tried everything from increasing the brightness and turning off the ambient light and eco-controls to following a youtube video about increasing some of the pulse wave modulation controls (that helped a little). the tv feels like it is trying to control every aspect of the environment which it obviously cannot do. this was my first samsung purchase after a sony; i'm pretty disappointed. other minor inconveniences - a remote that is not very intuitive, cludgy app downloading & features that sometimes don't work for whatever reason. this tv is either not quite ready yet or is just being dumped on consumers.

Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. To update your software using USB, please check for the latest version on the Samsung website. This Samsung is a great TV

Beautiful TV for the Value

Sucks !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product isnt worth the money, i bought it and 32 days later , the tv wont turrn on, j have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on, i have 4 other Samsung tv, 65" cutved 8500 series, 2- 55" curved 7500 series, and a 40" 5 series and they are great tvs, but this one sucks, i cant return it to the store, and if i send it to samsung im without the tv for awhile, dont know if ill ever buy a samsung again!!!
