I love this stuff! For years, I gagged and some days actually vomited through the process of dealing with litter boxes. One day I decided to try unscented litter, and the heavens opened up. Seriously-a world of difference. No more dread and sickness-the scent is what was making me ill. Thank you Fresh Step for making this possible! Truth be told, my preference is for ultra unscented, as Simply Unscented still has a tiny bit of scent to it, but totally tolerable. It ends up being our household staple, as for some reason, the store is either out of stock, or this one is on sale and the Ultra Unscented is not. This is a wonderful product-cannot speak much about tracking. My cats have their boxes in the basement, and they are by nature a bit messy, but the litter does not travel upstairs.

It could perfectly and doesn't stick to the bottom of the litter box. That is, if you have a genuine digger. Holds back any scent for days and my cats seem to like it. I've tried other brands and they didn't hold a 'stink' to Fresh Step. 100% recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roxxy and I ( Roxxy more than me) have been using the simply unscented clumping litter for some time now, and we both like the way it holds the clumps together. The unscented is nice because it keeps the odor down without letting you know it is there.

I bought this 3 days ago. I was expecting there to be no scent as per the name. It is so strongly scented that I have to hold my breath when I scoop. I have scent induced migraines, and not only do I smell it every time I walk downstairs, I also smell it every time I hold my cat. It smells like air freshener spray-disgusting. Very disappointed that I wasted my money. Just don’t do it if you are sensitive to fragrances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inside the box litter is great. However, removing the rewards panel is darn near impossible. I don't know how an older person could ever cut thru that thick cardboard. If you do you will find the smallest type for the letters and numbers you have ever seen. Not only is it tiny but very hard to read. AWFUL!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was told by a board certified behaviorist cats do not like scented litter. I gave this one a try and it's really just as good as the other litters that are scented. The stool may smell but it only lasts about 5 minutes. And when guests come over they don't smell cats even though the box is right by the front door. I really like the unscented litters.

We are not fans of the scented litters and always use unscented. This parti8cular litter is our go-to choice and has served two cats well for many years. I particularly like how well this litter controls odors and encapsulates the waste. We sometimes can't find this on the shelf at our favorite store and it's one of the few products I will go out of my way to find. Well Done, Fresh Step!
