[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, Fresh Step is the litter that performs best. It clumps tightly, and the odor control is excellent. My vet recommended that I start using an unscented litter when one of my cats was a having a health issue, and I realized how heavily scented other formulas are. This particular formula is also lower dust than others I've used, which is ultimately good for my cats. I now have 3 cats, and this formula has performed beautifully in a busy litter box!

I love Fresh Step Simply Unscented because it is the most dust-free litter I have found (and I have tried alot!) My cats love it so much they play with the litter in their box! It is really important to me and my 3 cats to have dust-free and this is!

My kitties used to track a lot of litter everywhere in my home, but since I have changed, The amount of tracked litter has diminished drastically! Ill definitely be purchasing this product again in the very near future!

I keep trying different versions of Fresh Step because I have three cats and hate the dust and cat prints everywhere. Oders I knew would be there so I have tried the Hawaii scent which I as the person liked, but it caused a little problem with my kittens paws. The charcoal in this kitty litter seems to have done the trick. No smell, no problems on the paws, and still no Oder. Thanks again Fresh Step

I have 8 week old kittens and was advised not to use scented litter until they are older. I used Fresh Step for previous cats and really like it. Tried the Ultra Unscented and I am very pleased! No odor from the kitties and no dusty odor from the litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh Step Unscented is the preferred product in our household. Cats have sensitive noses; scents can be painful for them. Further, scents cause me migraines and can be painful for those with multiple chemical sensitivity. This litter doesn't irritate any of us! Odor control seems great; I clean the litter boxes frequently though.

The lower dust formula and no added perfume is best for my cats. I have one with asthma, and also do fostering, so with multiple cats, there is more scratching in the pan. There are far fewer breathing irritants, and that's important to me and my cats!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product cause the company NO LONGER makes the multi cat unscented. I DO NOT care for the changes. It's is way to fine. It sticks to my cats paws. It clumps to well..i clean the pans regularly and it was very difficult to get out of the bottom of the pans. Plus getting to the paw points nearly impossible. And all the new unscented are only available in big boxes (20-25 IBS )..not 7 IBS bag. I've been a loyal fresh step customer for many years, but if the company doesn't make some changes it may be a deal breaker.

Due to small living spaces, my kitten's litter box is in a commonly used area of the house. As you can imagine, I was concerned about smells and dusty litter dirtying the area. I have not had a single issue with either of those things. I never smell the litter box and if I have friends over, no one smells anything either (So I know it's not just because I've gone nose blind!). Granted I only have one cat, but there have been a couple of times when I have gone a few days without cleaning the box and it still smells fresh and I don't smell any foul smells. Finally, my kitten loves the litter too; He gets extremely excited when I add new litter to his box and immediately just goes on a digging spree!

I've never been a big fan of very perfumey cat litter, so I'm glad that Fresh Step has an unscented formula. It clumps well and still keeps the box from getting stinky. I've also noticed that this formula has a lot less dust when I add it to the box.
