I would have wanted the litter to be a little better. The little still smelled a lite bit after my cats use and it tracked litter from the litter box onto the cats paws and i was not a big fan of that attribute. We all know how much kittens use their litters boxes, and this stuff really works as far as keeping odors hidden! And the low dust is also great. I don't find myself sneezing when scooping. And the unscented version is a must for me as someone with chemical sensitivities.

I have tried other types of litter and my cats immediately let me know (by peeing and pooping outside the box) that they did not like it. Once I switched back, everything went back to normal. It absorbs and clumps well respective to your cat's business, and doesn't leave a lot of residual after-effects like dust or odor. I highly recommend giving Fresh Step Litter products a try.

I have used tidy Arm & Hammer everything and they were either too dusty too scented or just didn't work. My cat started peeing on the floor and I could not figure out why.. finally I ended up changing his litter to this Fresh Step unscented litter and he has not urinated on the floor since. You used to be able to smell litter when you would walk in my house but now when you walk in you don't smell litter box anymore. I definitely recommend this litter and my cats approve of it too.

Simply Unscented works well with clumping and still keeping odors down, but it is very dusty, despite being "low dust". By the time I finish scooping boxes, my glasses lenses are covered in dust, and I can only imagine how much I'm breathing in It's still my go-to, because I have a cat that HATES strongly scented litter, but I do mix it with another brand's no-dust litter (which, unfortunately, has a faint fragrance) to help cut down on the dustiness. Also, having a vacuum running with the hose right by the boxes does help keep some of the cloud away from my face.

I've been using fresh step over 15 years. What happened to this? It's not unscented whatsoever. I'm extremely allergic. .my eyes burn and my lungs hurt. I had issues with your scented line but same issue. Clearly not unscented. I hate this brand now. Many months of trying to figure the problem. Hard to get out of the carpet completely. Thanks for making me very sick.

My cat dislikes scented litter. Once I bought a litter that was very scented and I saw her walk towards it then turn and go outside the box. So I always buy unscented. The brand I had been using discontinued the unscented I’d been using for a couple of years so I was on the hunt for a new litter. I had the notion from many years ago that Fresh Step brand was highly scented. I was so wrong! This is unscented, nice firm clumps and almost no dust. My cat and I are both happy

I bought this thinking it was the same as previous Fresh Step Unscented I purchased. It was not. Although it works well I would not say it’s completely unscented but rather has a cleaning product chemical smell. Fresh Step offers 3 different unscented liters all in green & white packaging. Which one varies by retailer. Although not clearly outlined there are subtle differences I wish were more easily distinguishable; like a comparison chart.

I had used Fresh Step years ago and had to stop due to a cat that I had. When becoming dissatisfied with the litter I was using, I decided to try Fresh Step Ultra Unscented for Multiple Cats and I love it. I have 5 cats and I need good clumping litter. This litter is fantastic! It is not dusty and has a very fine texture.
