[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I stated in my other reviews I really don't like unscented products. However my bf bought this for our cats. Of course I had to use it bc we needed the cat litter done. 10/10 was surprised about this litter and will buy again

This is my favorite unscented clumping litter for the price. I have tried cheaper brands occasionally, but they never control odor, last as long, or perform as well at this does. And this is one of the only truly unscented litters! I don't like my kitties smelling like cheap perfume! Great product.

This is NOT unscented. It is strongly scented with a perfume smell. I bought several boxes and filled my cat's little boxes. I thought surely just one box was mislabeled but no, all the boxes. This needs to be recalled. It is still on the shelf at my Ingles grocery. DO NOT BUY. I now see that consumers are noticing. I have bought another unscented brand and tomorrow will completely clean out the boxes of the Fresh Step UNSCENTED.

I love this litter, Fresh Step has always been my favorite clumping litter. I've tried others and always come back to Fresh Step. The unscented is the best. I don't think cats like scented litter and most of the time the scents aren't pleasant to us humans either, I myself prefer unscented. Excellent litter.

I like the clumping action and this is always the brand I have used. My allergies get affected by the scented litter when I'm scooping. I somehow feel like there is still a fragrance or some type of scent to this litter although it is still clearly better than anything scented.

I have had OTHER BRANDS and they makes soooo much dust, and they were scented My Daughter turned me onto this but HERS was SCENTED, and NOT LOW DUST, BUT I Have PERSIAN, with sneezing issues, when she was got out of her litter Box, so I wanted to try a less invasive product... I switched to this FRESH STEP UNSCENTED , LOW DUST I feel better for her , SO FAR ITS GREAT!! TIME WILL TELL :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using Fresh Step for over 20 years. Tried others and always come back. Works great. Presently have 2 cats with 2 boxes. Clean then 2-3x week. Have had up to 4 cats with 3 boxes and have always been happy. Box is located in basement. Have had it in small alcove off living room and smell was never an issue; moved to basement when curious dog joined the household. We use two mats and still get some liter outside the boxes and tracked about 4-5 feet away. We use unscented because of cats strong noses.

I bought this product after my cat started going outside of the litter box. After researching what the problem could be I found out that cats are highly sensitive to perfume smells. I purchased the unscented Fresh Step and amazingly my cat immediately started using the box again! Thank you for a great product and a life saver.

This is the best clumping litter I’ve ever found. I love that it is unscented, because I find scented cat odors are worse than cat odors! Fortunately, this disguises cat odors exceptionally well. I’ve always had the problem with after a while the litter left after scooping gets the ammonia smell. Thankfully this doesn’t, I think it’s due to it clumping so we’ll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh Step Litter was suprisingly good. I have never tried this brand before. I have always only stuck to one brand. I do have one spaz cat though that would carry litter out of the box sometimes. But that is really my only complaint. Other than that I loved it. I will most likely be switched brands.
