I also have allergies and Fresh Step Ultra Unscented has been wonderful My cats and I really appreciate not having to deal with scents that set us to sneezing and scratching. Thank you Fresh Step!

For some reason, unscented litter is becoming harder to find even though it is safer for cats. Scented litter is full of chemicals that can harm a cat's health. And, cats don't like those odors. I am glad that Fresh Step still offers more than one unscented clumping litter.

I bought this about a week ago and I just omg I just love how it’s helped my lil fluffer, he isn’t wheezing hardly at all anymore. I wanted to give it some time to do a review because I wanted to really know how the product goes, and I just really like this one!

I bought this product because my cat was diagnosed with asthma and I needed something that was less dusty and unscented. When I buy a product that says ultra unscented I expect that to mean it has no scent. And yet this litter has a distinct perfume odor. I was buying a cheaper brand of litter but gave this a try and am very disappointed. It seems to be affecting my cats asthma more because of the scent. I don't understand how an unscented cat litter can have a scent of perfume unless they put the wrong product in the packaging. Plus the clumping seems more like cement and is harder to scoop from the box even after waiting an hour or two after cat uses box.

No, I don't mean I use kitty litter personally. Lol But I do personally know my kitties stench, and they need ALL the help they can can! So even though this litter is technically great...I need the scented kind. Heavily scented. Lol I do not recommend this unless your cat is the stuffed kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the classic litter for more than 15 years and I recently bought the simply unscented clumping litter, and I love it. The litter does a good job controlling odors and there's less dust and no fragrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clumping capacity of this unscented litter, which is superior to every other brand I've tried. My kitty likes to scatter her litter, but this doesn't land far the pan. Very little tracking outside of the immediate litter box area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inside the box litter is great. However, removing the rewards panel is darn near impossible. I don't know how an older person could ever cut thru that thick cardboard. If you do you will find the smallest type for the letters and numbers you have ever seen. Not only is it tiny but very hard to read. AWFUL!!

We have used the unscented low dust since it came out. My cats prefer the unscented fresh step and I like the low dust. it does a good job of controlling odor even though it is unscented. I wish they had an unscented no tracking, low dust formula

I tried the lightweight unscented first and it still had a slight kitty litter odor that bothered me in addition to tracking everywhere. This stuff is truly unscented, the litter smells like absolutely nothing which is great. It controls odors really well, I keep my kitty's litter box in the laundry room and you can't tell it's in there. This litter still tracks, but not as badly as the lightweight litter did. I got the 42-lb bag, which is convenient but not for people with bad backs, lol.
