no smell, low dust

I've been buying this litter since one of my cats started marking and peeing outside the box. I think having unscented litter has helped.

don't think your litter has to contain a scent for it to work. this litter does the job without an annoying scent

Me and the cats love that it's unscented.

No overwhelming fragrance

I like this product because it doesn't have any discernible fragrance (at least to me! Can't speak for the cats!). Clumps well.

What happened?

We used to love this. Now it's leaving giant clumps that stick to the box. This started around the time of the packaging change.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that our 42-lb Fresh Step Ultra Unscented Litter, Clumping Cat Litter is leaving tracks and sticking to the bottom of the pan. This isn't something we would expect, and we'd love to share a few tips with you. To start, select a box that is deep and large enough to prevent the litter from scattering. Also, we recommend placing the litter box in a larger cardboard box. Then, cut the cardboard box in half, and trim the sides about two-three inches higher.<br /><br />To prevent from sticking to the pan, we recommend adding three to four inches into the box to absorb the moisture. If the level is too low, it will allow the urine to reach the bottom and stick to the box. Make sure to refill the box each time you remove waste to ensure adequate levels of litter.
