The microwave itself is fine. Works like it should. BUT...who's the genius that thought it would be necessary to make the operator hit the cancel / Lock button before you can open the door? That's just not necessary and it's annoying! I would have given it 5 stars...but, some control freak in R&D decided that it was necessary to control our operation of the simplest of appliances. smh...

Works as expected. The first one I purchased had to be returned for a defect. This one works well and please with the product. I did not get the extended warranty, so I'm taking my chances, since they don't make like they used to. We'll see how it goes.

What a great microwave! fits perfect on the cabinet, easy to use, was a even better price and so quiet that I have to check to see if it's it even running. The only problem is that the manufacture put a sticker over the "0" and start button that when peeled off, (BTW it's hard to peel off) has left the panel very sticky, which is collecting dirt, etc. Otherwise, its a great product!

I am very happy with my GE microwave. I bought this microwave to replace a 15+ year old one. This new one is smaller, quieter, and it has the same interior size. There maybe a few less buttons and the wattage maybe lightly less but this one provides the options I need.

Bought in 6/2023 from Sam's and the plastic tab (?) behind the door release button just broke tonight (9/2024) after putting in a bag of popcorn. Ran out and bought another off of FB Marketplace but will be returning this for a replacement this week at Sam's - oh and now it's $20 cheaper than it was in 2023! Deflation!

Amazing microwave. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is stylish and modern looking..runs quiet...heats quickly. I was not sure about this purchase at first but boy am I glad I went ahead and purchased this microwave. It has far exceded my expectations and I just LOVE it! Very well made also..nothing cheap about it. Buy one...you will love this microwave too!!!

I just recently purchased this Microwave . My first GE counter top microwave lasted 18 years and was still running , but was getting cracks on the inside so I was not sure it was still safe . I replaced it with a GE that only lasted 11 months and started giving off an electrical burning smell . So I purchased this one . So far I like it except for the control panel . It is black and you can not see the options without a struggle . So I gave it four stars . If they would back light it , it would help tremendously. I am very disappointed in that . You would think when they manufactured it they would have done that . I would have preferred white but that was not an option !!! Another disappointment. I hope the company reads these comments and acts on these issues . I may not purchase another GE . Thank you !
