The product was damaged and when I complained to GE about the product, they said they don’t have any parts for the microwave. How can you sell a product and not honor the broken parts of a product you are still selling

Real basic product no frills. No popcorn button no light behind the buttons. Real hard to read the buttons and a hard door close I would not recommend this product.

I love the push a number button toll and it just starts cooking. This is the second microwave of this model we’ve had. Love it and would buy it again!

Purchased as a gift for my mother. She was in need of a new and bigger microwave. This was perfect and a reasonable price. Nothing fancy, easy to use.

Smooth, shiny, clean, has child lock controls. Good capacity and a perfect replacement for an aging microwave. Plenty of features and powerful as well.

When operating the microwave oven, the quick access buttons are easy to use. Oven is very quiet when in use. Heats items well. Looks great in the kitchen. Definitely pleased with this appliance!

I like the brand name GE to match all our other appliances at home the refrigerator, oven, washer and dyer, dish washer and our overhead microwave. The price is right and the quality is superb.

This is the 3rd GE microwave I’ve bought for different homes. Every time I hit 1 and start, I say, “I’m so grateful for this microwave!” Easy, reliable, simple! Please keep making it!

The features and size of this microwave is the best, the only dislike it's the touchpad that seems very flimsy and whenever there's a power failure the touchpad locks
