It is not easy to find a 1 cubic foot microwave that will fit in a small space like an open kitchen cabinet. This microwave does that. The controls are easy to use, the timer sounds are not annoying and it is easy to clean. I wish that it were a little more powerful.

This is a great little Microwave. We use it mostly for heating up food and water but we do cook in it and it gets the job done which we are very happy with. We were hesitate at first to make the purchase only because the price was lower than other brands of microwaves.

We needed a small microwave to fit in the space that our old one occupied. This one fit perfectly. It does a good job and has additional features our old microwave didn’t have. If there is one thing I’d like to see added, it would be a light behind the control panel. The controls are hard to read unless you have a bright light on in the kitchen.

Bought this unit to replace a 13 year old GE model with basically the same features. Being a newer model, it has some additional buttons like plate dinner, popcorn, pizza, etc. which we don’t use. But, overall it does what it is supposed to do - be a solid microwave oven. Pros: stainless steel exterior instead of painted, the door open button is better constructed than the earlier version, it is quieter when cooking, and the turntable seems less jerky. Cons: has only 900 watts instead of 1000 and the timer end sound is a lot quieter and could be louder. Overall, works well.

Wish we could silence the beep or lower it because it'll wake up the entire house. Also the button pad doesn't light up making it hard to see. Also the power isn't as strong as i'd like. 3 minutes of heating up spaghetti, and it still was not as hot as you would think for a 3 minute setting. Returning tommorow

Microwave is just the right size, louder than most models. Was working fine but we had a power outage and unit was completely dead afterward. Opened up found charring around the connector to thermostatic fuse. I have ordered a new/used thermostatic fuse will see if it brings it back to life.

Fit in our side cabinet perfectly! Much quieter than our previous microwave. Before, the whole 1st floor would know that someone was using the microwave... but now, if your not in the kitchen you would not know it was in use until the signal for the timer goes off. Also, the operational aspect is as my previous, more costly unit and has all the features we need and more.

It went bad in 11 months first it made horrible noises after the first month but still worked now the door is hard to open I think it's absolute junk it's still under warranty for a few days but you need to take it to a warranty center they won't just replace it

While the performance of microwave is good, extremely dissatisfied with keypad. The picture on box showed a clearly marked and easy to read panel but after unboxing it is so dark and dull it’s very difficult to read and doesn’t resemble picture at all!!! Purchased for elderly mom and can’t return it since we are out of state. She is actually making hot water on stove due to inability to see buttons.

This microwave has everything I wanted in the size I wanted. Many that I checked were too big for my counter space; the beeps too loud; or the turntable too small. This one also include a very nice Pasta Box for cooking pasta or vegetables, fresh or frozen. I really appreciate the full spectrum of labeled, pre-programmed buttons. In addition, a detailed, full owner's manual is available online in English or Spanish.
