Very nice microwave. My issues ate the keypad is hard to see at night and I have shine a small light on the buttons to see them. Wish they lit up or something. No problem in the daylight. Also, I have only used the potato and popcorn button. Potato time was too long and popcorn time way too short. Haven't tried the others yet.

This microwave doesn't have a lot of wattage but works almost as well as one with more. Can only be set on 10 power which is a disadvantage but you don't really need it with the low wattage. Doesn't take up much room so that is a plus. Overall, works well for what you get!

We bought this microwave about 2 years ago from another retailer. About 6 months ago the inside paint started bubbling and the bottom under the wheels began rusting. We've done everything we can (including wiping it out after every use) but we are now replacing it. It works well but the materials are not quality

Disappointed in the readability of the touch control panel display. The numbers and lettering are dim and hard to read. The smooth surface reflects the countertop and you have to get close to the panel to properly read the buttons. Does not have a backlight. This unit replaced a GE microwave "Spacemaker" which we had for about 20 years. The numbers on it were much easier to read and stood out.

We live in a historic home and had an issue with a higher wattage countertop microwave. This microwave was large enough on the inside to fit a large plate or bowl, but not too much wattage to trip the breaker. Looks good with other appliances in our kitchen .

This is a good looking mw oven that’s replacing another GE that lasted 20 years. I don’t expect the same durability on this one. I would’ve given it 5 stars except for the fact that it works with ounces instead of lbs. for the “weight defrost” function. I had to have a conversion table printed from the internet to have it handy each time which is one of my major uses for this appliance. Another minus was the fact that it doesn’t come with a user’s manual. Again, I had to print it from the website. Other than that, if it lasts me for at least 5 years, I’ll be a happy camper.

I rated it a 3 because, I don't like the fact that it locks everytime it finishes cooking...ALTHO I've changed the setting to NOT lock after it's done cooking, it still locks!!! Then the panel with the cook time numbers do NOT light up, it's hard seeing the numbers, I'm a senior with senior eye's. The clock looks & works fine

I'm happy with my purchase. It heats the food evenly and at 950 watts it's not bad, power wise. My only complaint is the control pad is really hard to see. If GE would add backlighting to the panel it would be perfect. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

So my microwave just went, along with my fridge last week. Ugh!!! Planning on renovating soon (within the next couple of years) so was hoping everything would hold on till then, but you know what they say about the best-laid plans...Anywho, this appliance is a GE (so is our new fridge), blended in with everything else we had, great price, and the perfect size for our current needs. Now, all it has to do is defrost, reheat, and be reliable for a reasonable amount of time and we'll be in good shape. Since we just got it I won't be able to comment on the latter, but let's keep our fingers crossed shall we?

We just got this microwave, as the compact one that matches our appliances is no longer made. It seems to work great but it is much louder than our older GE microwave, otherwise I would have given it a 5. It also doesn't have a turntable that you can stop, which surprised us.
