Would have given 5 stars, Just love the GE microwave; however, there is one element we do not think is a good feature. The oven is lacking a handle and the push button throws the door forward disallowing anything to be in front of the oven! Not a good thing for sure. At present we are enjoying the micro. Thank you.

It went bad in 11 months first it made horrible noises after the first month but still worked now the door is hard to open I think it's absolute junk it's still under warranty for a few days but you need to take it to a warranty center they won't just replace it

Very nice microwave. My issues ate the keypad is hard to see at night and I have shine a small light on the buttons to see them. Wish they lit up or something. No problem in the daylight. Also, I have only used the potato and popcorn button. Potato time was too long and popcorn time way too short. Haven't tried the others yet.

I rated it a 3 because, I don't like the fact that it locks everytime it finishes cooking...ALTHO I've changed the setting to NOT lock after it's done cooking, it still locks!!! Then the panel with the cook time numbers do NOT light up, it's hard seeing the numbers, I'm a senior with senior eye's. The clock looks & works fine

We live in a historic home and had an issue with a higher wattage countertop microwave. This microwave was large enough on the inside to fit a large plate or bowl, but not too much wattage to trip the breaker. Looks good with other appliances in our kitchen .

Bought this unit to replace a 13 year old GE model with basically the same features. Being a newer model, it has some additional buttons like plate dinner, popcorn, pizza, etc. which we don’t use. But, overall it does what it is supposed to do - be a solid microwave oven. Pros: stainless steel exterior instead of painted, the door open button is better constructed than the earlier version, it is quieter when cooking, and the turntable seems less jerky. Cons: has only 900 watts instead of 1000 and the timer end sound is a lot quieter and could be louder. Overall, works well.

What a great microwave! fits perfect on the cabinet, easy to use, was a even better price and so quiet that I have to check to see if it's it even running. The only problem is that the manufacture put a sticker over the "0" and start button that when peeled off, (BTW it's hard to peel off) has left the panel very sticky, which is collecting dirt, etc. Otherwise, its a great product!

This is a great little Microwave. We use it mostly for heating up food and water but we do cook in it and it gets the job done which we are very happy with. We were hesitate at first to make the purchase only because the price was lower than other brands of microwaves.

This Microwave has been operating as advertised. The only thing that causes me a problem is the panel on the front that gives cooking options is not lit up so seeing what to choose is difficult. It seems there would be a backlight to make selections easy to read. I would probably would not go with this model because of this problem. It has a high wattage which is great for making perfect Peanut Brittle. It is a good size for my countertop.
