The price was right but the buttons were extremely hard to see. I needed to use a label maker and stick numbers on the touchpad numbers so I can see them. They should have made the numbers white instead of dark grey on a black background.

This is the quietest microwave I have ever owned. It works great and was easy to set up. The child lock is simple to disable, just follow the simple instructions.

It is not easy to find a 1 cubic foot microwave that will fit in a small space like an open kitchen cabinet. This microwave does that. The controls are easy to use, the timer sounds are not annoying and it is easy to clean. I wish that it were a little more powerful.

Recently picked up this GE microwave replace a 15 yr old one and I got to say, it ya beauty! I just love waking up in the morning and coming into my kitchen to see this sitting on my counter. Works just as good as my old one. Very pleased with my purchase.

I needed a microwave and looked at this GE from the SAM's online store. It went on sale so went to the store to get it. The aisle had no GE brand but the online store said they had it at that location. I asked 2 people working there. One went to the aisle, stared at the shelf then walked away without a word. The other told me to go the customer service counter or buy it online and come back to pick it up the next day. Disappointed I checked out and as I was walking to the exit I saw a lot of the GE boxes at the entrance of the store! I made a u-turn, picked up one and bought it. Sam's Club, please show your staff how to locate items in the store. The product itself is great. Well packaged (take off the blue plastic before using), nice looking stainless steel, easy to use, basic functional pad. I like my new oven but took away a star because of the customer service.

Great for the price. I do not cook in mine, it's just to reheat and it does that well. Only issue is that the control panel is not easy to see, it needs to be illuminated. I would recommend but let people know the panel is difficult to see the preset times and temperature.

This microwave blends with the three other slate appliances we bought at the same time. It is smaller than our old one which had to placed on our counter top. It fits perfectly in the prebuilt microwave space that was built 30 years ago by our builder. I like that you just have to push one number for the number of minutes you want.

Extremely loud when on. I noticed in some reviews AFTER i purchased the 2nd one, this was common. This is the 2nd one in 7 months, thought I would give it another try. The first one had the back wall paint peel off,but was quiet. If this one has paint peel, I'm done with GE.

Purchased in 2021 after previous 10 year old microwave began rusting inside. This one already began cracking %26 rusting months ago, and now has simply stopped working after normal everyday usage by 2 seniors! The lower wattage worked just as well as the previous 1200 watts oven (different manufacturer), but the need to replace so soon is absolutely frustrating and a real source of angry with the poor quality of appliances these days.

I am renovating my kitchen and replacing the over the range microwave with a wall mounted range hood. I wanted a more compact microwave for on the counter and this one is perfect. Looks great, works very well and is much more functional than the huge one that was above the range. Just what I needed for the right price. I have been replacing my older appliances with new GE models and after a new range, washer and dryer and now a microwave I am very pleased.
