The mattress itself after coming out of the vacuum seal puffed up really quickly, almost immediately but I gave it a day anyway. The mattress is soft but still slightly firm so you're not sinking into it. I love it, and it fits my frame perfectly. The two free pillow deal was an added bonus, the ghost pillows are great.

I was worried about this bed - I typically prefer firmer support and I wasn't sure if foam could do that. But I've had my bed about 2 weeks now and I love it. It pretty much feels like a standard mattress when I get in, but I wake up a lot less during the night and my back never hurts in the morning.

I love the bed. I sleep very soundly and it stays relatively cool when compared to other memory foam mattresses. My only complaint was having to put the box spring together. I realize shipping a full box spring is impossible, but it was difficult to line up the supports evenly, especially because I only have carpet in my house, they kept falling over. Overall though, the process was relatively simple and I love my new mattress.

I was skeptical at first with buying this bed. Especially since I have never heard of them, much less never been on memory foam mattress.we had a sleep number bed which was good for awhile but was getting old and saggy. It's heavy so there is some setup effort but with 2 people it's not a problem. Has just the right bounce and firmness for sleeping or other activities . I've had a traditional pillow top mattress for over ten years and I will be honest, the GhostBed does take some getting used to. I'm 160lbs and when you first get on the mattress you have a weird experience. You feel like you are sinking into the mattress a bit, but at the same time you are being supported. After getting into bed, the mattress seems way more firm than I thought but after a couple nights sleep I've noticed a reduction in my aches and pains. Coming from someone with back problems who visits a chiropractor weekly, I have noticed a difference in my sleeping. I've enjoyed my GhostBed so far and would recommend it.
