I've had this product for almost 2 months. It was easy to unbox, had no odor and has been a dream to sleep on. its just the right amount of give under my hips and shoulder ( side sleeper who enjoys a firmer mattress). It's is cooler than my previous mattress 😎 I absolutely love this product ❤️

I’ve had back pain for year. In morning when first get up back was so stiff and sore could not bend at all. The first morning after sleeping on goat bed pain was 90% better. That is awesome since I have severe arthritis and had 2 back surgeries because I have stenosis in spine because of arthritis. I love the ghost bed.

The mattress originally shipped to me had been in shrink wrap for more than a year. It never achieved a proper shape but was like a scoop after several days of waiting for it to decompress. When I contacted Ghostbed, the company rep politely asked me for several rounds of information backing up my claim. After satisfying all of their requests for identification of the mattress and proof of the problem with pictures, I was immediately sent a new matress that had just been manufactured and when unwrapped assumed the proper shape in the expected time. Ultimately, I was completely satisfied with the product and the discounted price I had paid to Sam's.

I hate this mattress. Maybe it’s personal preference but if you are sharing this bed with different weight person- it sinks in- so the bed is un-level. My husband and I have about an 80 lb weight difference and it’s uncomfortable for me to sleep next to him.

I only weigh 170lbs and my side has sunk in less than a year. i bought mine directly from Ghost Bed and they do not honor their products. We bought a King Size plus pillows and mattress cover. Pillows aren't bad a d .mattress cover is very good, but I gave our mattress away a d will never buy memory foam again.

This bed was an affordable option but unfortunately after a few months I am dreaming of replacing it. In the queen bed we both wake up very sweaty even though our old house has been pretty cold. Cotton sheets and one cotton quilt. My husband and I ending up folding in on each other from the warmth, because when the mattress gets warm it softens. It feels like my body is constantly trying to stop from rolling in towards the center of the mattress and it has nothing to do with the bed frame. We have to continually rotate this mattress to keep areas firm or they wear down very quickly on the sides especially. Combined there is less than 350 pounds sleeping on this mattress, and we are young and active. I wake up sore everyday and I’m currently lying on the very edge of the bed because it is the only firm spot left after sleeping on it all night. We are both pretty hot and pretty uncomfortable every morning since this purchase in September. The smell of the memory foam is also unpleasant and still present.

I’ve had this mattress for 9 months and I’m not a fan. I wake up with an aching back and it feels like my hip is grinding something inside the mattress. The support is just not there. I bought it because it had mostly positive reviews and the price was right. Now I’m just disappointed and stuck with a mattress that just isn’t it.

Worst mattress ever! It is so firm, I wake up daily with back pain. We’ve had temperpedic, beauty rest and sleep numbers in the past but thought we would try ghost for the cooling. Worst decision ever. And Sams club customer service is even worse as it’s impossible to return the bed! Once the mattress has been opened it can no longer be rolled or folded to be boxed as fedex/sams club requires for the return. They don’t even provide a big enough box to do the return! I also do not own a truck to take it back to the store. So now I’m either stuck with the mattress that feels like sleeping on the concrete ground or pay to rent a truck and helpers because i cant lift a king sized wobbly mattress alone, just to take it back to the store!

The mattress was just way too firm for me. Probably a great mattress for someone that likes a firm mattress. The 1 star rating is because of the return nightmare and lack of customer service from Sams Club. I have spent many hours, multiple phone calls I still do not have my money refunded and the mattress is sitting in the middle of my entry way.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. They were really slow in delivery and couldn't get the delivery date right twice. I ended up going elsewhere to buy and they are sitting on the refund for 3 weeks so far. I have repeatedly returned the item twice and the still have not refunded a January 22 purchase. I have disputed the charge with credit card company and now filing a consumer fraud complaint with the Indiana Attorney General
