The GhostBed arrived a day ahead of schedule--so quick! No problem unpacking, and the T-shirt packed with it was a fun surprise. There was NO offensive odor and we slept on it just a few hours after unpacking it. It is soooo comfortable! My husband and I are a combined weight of over 400 pounds and that was no problem for this mattress. Our morning backaches have improved with sleeping on the GhostBed. The only drawback is that in the hour or so before awaking it seems to be a bit warmer. I don't know if it's the way we have our a/c set or accumulated body warmth during the night. It isn't enough to complain about, however. We are supremely happy with this purchase!

I waited a month and a half to review...and we love this mattress! We wanted a firm mattress but our expectations were exceeded buying a memory foam mattress online! Firm but great lumbar support. Absorbs motion so I don’t feel my partner get out of bed in the morning. I sleep better now than before. Was very happy with the price and delivery as well. Definitely made the right choice!!

I have pets and to guard against the occasional accident, I purchased the mattress protector cover. Before my purchase, I'd occasionally remove the zipped cover from the mattress and wash it. This works fine, but it is a struggle to get on and off. The protector goes on like a fitted sheet- so it's much easier to manage. It protects the top of the mattress from spills and accidents. The sides of the protector appear to be different material, so I don' believe the waterproof protection extends to the sides of the mattress. The protector material feels like soft fabric, and doesn't have a crinkly, plastic feel to it.

I have been looking for a new bed for a while. Ghost bed popped up and I thought let’s check it out. I am glad that I did. It arrived quickly (it had to get shipped cross country) and I slept on it the night it came in. I can honestly say that the sleep I have gotten on the ghost bed has been better and better. Very happy with my purchase :)

I just returned a Denver Mattress brand memory foam mattress because it was too soft and I sunk down in it. That is definitely not a problem with this bed, it is very firm and some people would hate that, but for me that is probably what I need. I have been having back problems and they are slowly improving after sleeping on this bed. I'm not completely in love with this bed yet, I hope it softens up a little bit, but for now it is better than what I had.

I read the reviews, spoke with a owner who loved his, however I’m not jumping for joy. To start the foundation was missing the cover, the pillows were on backorder, and not disclosed that was the case during ordering. It took a total of 2 weeks to get my complete bundle. I was sleeping on a couch for 2 months prior, I have been using my bed for almost 3 weeks and quite frankly the couch wins. I have made a point to sleep on bed every night and I have yet to wake up without back pain or feeling like someone kicked my ass all night. I hear there is a “break in” period so I’m giving it a chance.

My wife & I have been sleeping on our Queen size Ghostbed for over a month. We’re both side sleepers, overweight and in our 60s. We purchased the Ghostbed based on reviews, the questionnaire on the website (to see if this mattress was a good fit for us), and the way it’s constructed. I was impressed with the use of different types of foam, especially the top layer of perforated latex. So far, my wife gives the mattress 4 stars, when comparing it to our previous innerspring mattress. If she ends up on her back during the night, she’ll experience some minor back pain with the Ghostbed. At the 30 day mark, I’m rating the mattress at 2 stars, possibly 2.5. I have acid reflux and typically start-off on my back, propped up on 3 pillows. During the night, I’ll discard a couple of pillows and move to my side. I end up moving from one side to the other multiple times due to hip and shoulder pain or numbness. This is something I didn’t experience on our previous innerspring mattress. We’re committed to staying the course during the trial period, but if things don’t improve on my side of the bed, I may have to throw in the towel.

I am a side and stomach sleeper and my shoulders hurt and got worse throughout the first week. I couldn't bear it anymore and put our old pad on top of my half of the bed. Meanwhile, suddenly, with no explanation, my husband isn't feeling rested and is tired all day long for the last couple of weeks. It's just way too hard for a bed. Absolutely no sinkage at all, there should be a little for comfort. It was like sleeping on a brick. Waiting for the 30 days to be up so we can return it, but we are done sleeping on it.

I am 5'11", 170 lbs, with lower back iasues. The bed has been really comfy over the last week and seems to have helped my back. The sides do cave a little more than an innerspring, and it's winter now so I can't comment on heat retention, but I really like it so far.

I received it in a timely manner ! My bed is great !! My back an legs don’t hurt like they use to .. I received the wrong size foundation cover but y’all were quick to send a new one and customer service was great . I recommend this bed to anyone ! The pillows are great as well !!! I may have to get more pillows !!Thank you
