Great vegetarian option with egg whites. If you love Gouda cheese, you'll love this. A nice change from the everyday omelet options. The perfect balance of spinach and cheese.

These are SOOO good! They’re my go-to lunch lately. So easy to prepare (2 mins in microwave) and the best tasting omelette I’ve had in a long while.

I really like these omelettes. I can see that some people wouldn’t like the cheese, it’s very sharp considering it is supposed to be a blend, but personally I think it is great! Try and enjoy these Omelette du fromage.
