EB’s 3 cheese omelet can’t be beat for a quick breakfast, even eaten by itself. Take it up a notch by topping w/ crumbled bacon and/or sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. or delicious Mexican-style topped with salsa and avocado! *I did notice that 2 mins would’ve been too long in my microwave. Start w/ 1 minute and then maybe add 15 second increments, if needed. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

I have tried all three products and the omelets are the best. They really don't need two full minutes to prepare. If you cook them for one minute and then turn them over, you really only need 35-45 seconds for the second side. The ham omelet i svery tasty.
