I have been using this lotion and body wash since I was in college (2004). I always keep my cabinet stocked with it up to a year supply. I started running low and picked up the “new look” and have noticed the scent has changed. It’s not bad, but it’s not nearly as good as the original scent. Please change it back! Or put a perfume or body mist out there with the original scent, I’d be sure to buy!! If there are any originals left, I would be happy to buy the lot of it!

I have used Aveeno stress relieving lotion for years. I used to love it. I always buy it in the travel size for when I travel as well. This time the packaging changed and the cap is now brown. No worries if that was all that changed. However, it seems they changed the formula and it smells horrendous!! It is a heavy chemical/ perfume smell. It is no longer a relaxing and light lavender smell but instead you can smell the chemicals. It is garbage!! It does nothing to moisturize my hands and in fact makes them drier and more chapped. I implore you Aveeno, please bring back the original formula. Please stop messing with a successful product. If this terrible formulation is here to stay you’ve permanently lost a loyal customer.

The new scent for the lotion and body wash is awful! I have scoured all the local stores for their last bottles of both the lotion and body wash so I am savoring the little bit I have while searching for a new brand. I am beyond disappointed. The new scent smells harsh and chemical like. WHY???? WHY DID YOU DO THIS???

The scent isn't overpowering, but I guess if you have a really good sense of smell it can get overpowering? The smell is fine to me. Anyways, great product! Glad I bought it!

Months ago, this rating would have been a 5 ++ star. However, the new scent is absolutely horrible. It was my morning, afternoon, at work, evening lotion. Calming and beautful soft scent. Not overpowering and barely noticeable. Now, as someone else stated, kind of smells like feminine scented pads. Tried it twice, thinking that maybe I just had to get use to it. Nope. It's terrible. Actually made me nauseous. I read somewhere that they changed the scent due to some people having sensitive skin reaction. I thought that's why you make the sensitive skin line. Anyway, if you ever go back to the original calming scent, please let me know!

We got this prooduct a couple days ago to treat our dry hands. It is amazing! Used it after bath, and my dry skin is repairing like it is a magic potion. The lavender scent is so relaxing too. We ae convinced....this will now be part of our bedtime moisturizing routine to get a good night's sleep. Thank you!

This is just not a good lotion. On a basic level, it doesn't hydrate at all. But on a personal, deeper level, the fragrance is nauseating and smells like cheap perfume. I bought this product many many times and it used to be absolutely wonderful. Not aymore. I don't recommend this.

My skin was dry and I needed something extra creamy so I bought this Aveeno and within three uses my skin felt smooth calm. It should be a crime to be this amazing. Lol Honestly Aveeno might cost a few dollars more but you get what you pay for. I recommend it to anyone in need of a rich nourishing moisturizer.

I fell in love with the smell of this lotion the first time I bought it. I ordered a bigger bottle when I did my grocery order. When I put it on, I literally got nauseated by the smell. I looked at the bottle and it was not just Lavender like my previous bottle. This one has Chamomile and Ylang Ylang in it. Does not smell good at all. Even my 4 yr old granddaughter said eww it smells bad. Thinking the store gave me the wrong one, looked online and it showed they had the regular Lavender (only) scent. But when I drove to the store, nope, there was no Lavender only scent. I have checked a couple of other stores that show online they have it in the store, only to drive there and they are all the "new" scent. Chamomile and Ylang Ylang. Can you please PLEASE bring back the Lavender ONLY scent so I can buy it again...I LOVED it.
