I am only posting a review to comment on the assembly. The instructions were super clear. The only one place that I looked at the video for was which way the net goes. I had it inside out at first. I had no issues with assembly and the kids say it is way better than the previous round trampoline.

I have had this trampoline for 8 days and in 3 different spots the triangle part that connects the jump mat to the springs has broken and spread apart. We set it up exactly according to the instructions. It was fun while it lasted but It’s being returned.

Our kids have loved this trampoline and use it a lot. Unfortunately within a month, the v rings/metal triangles that connect the trampoline mat the the springs, started to pull apart. Eventually they pull apart enough to create a significant cut hazard and weaken the connection to the mat. If left alone, the spring will separate from the mat. When we contacted support, they sent more v rings/metal triangles. The instruction by email was to use two pairs of pliers to pull the ring apart enough to slide it over the loop of the mat. This takes good pliers and strength. The step of separating the v ring weakens its strength. Then the springs have to be connected to the new v ring. Over time more v rings continue to pull apart so we continue to have to replace them.

It was missing 3 v rings. I contacted the company. It took 3 emails to get the cheap part sent and another email to get an estimated date of arrival. I regret the purchase. I felt like a burden when communicating with Skywalker trampolines. The representative asked me to inventory the trampoline parts. I don't work for Skywalker and think they should have inventoried before shipping the trampoline. I never write reviews, but this really bothered me.
