Perfect family edition

The trampoline is perfect for fun, exercise, and the kids love to sleep out under the stars on top of it, we came up with a mosquito net to cover the top which makes the trampoline fully enclosed and keeps the flies and mosquitoes out takes time to put it together, and it can be put together by one person easily

Missing part

The trampoline seems like it’ll be really nice, but it was missing one of the brackets that hold the frame together, so we couldn’t get it together in time for my son’s birthday. I called Sam’s club and they said I could get a refund or have it replaced, but I have to ship the three boxes that we already unpacked back. I really didn’t want to try to reach it and take the heavy boxes somewhere to ship back, so I contacted the manufacturer and submitted a warranty claim instead and they are supposedly sending the part.

Nice sturdy trampoline

We bought this for our daughter who is a cheerleader. Allows for her to practice and build strength. Easy to put tighter. Only fault is the instructions are vague and hard to understand what they mean by large spring versus small spring. Packaging separately or some way to identify would have helped.

No one will help me!

I thought I ordered a 15X15 trampoline. When it arrived I got a 15X15 frame and a 15X9 mat and pads. I emailed the company and have heard nothing back. So much for my Easter gift for my kids. I have a frame that I can’t use and a mat that doesn’t fit. 😡

I expected more

First off- I am a customer. Not paid or connected in any way. I'm just going to share my honest feedback. I'm a 39 year old father of 5. I bought the 9x15 trampoline for my kids to jump on. I've had it up for only 2 weeks. So this is just a first impression review. My oldest is 9 so the kids are not too hard on it. They love it. And they jump every day. Assembly: so many people have complained about the instructions. Yes. They are bad. There are typos, funny looking drawings, lack of detail. They could do a much better job. BUT. Assembly is really not hard. It's literally no more complicated than an erector set for kids. So yes they are poor, but an adult who can swing B's in high school should be able to assemble this thing. It was my first trampoline assembly and it took me 2-1/2 hrs alone. Shipping: My boxes came in tact. I got boxes 2 and 3 in only a couple days. I figured I would wait till I got box 1 before I started. But it came a week later. No clue why. But all this has nothing to do with the manufacturer. So many people complained about their boxes be all torn up. That's the shipping company mishandling them. I wouldn't complain about that on here. The boxes were heavy duty cardboard. They are fine to ship in. Quality: Here is where my biggest complaint is. The quality of the mat and springs. Im 255lbs so I max out the 250 lb limit. When I jump I can feel the mat stretching. I've never felt this before on any trampoline I've ever jumped on. Most trampoline mats feel thick and solid. Even though they stretch it's a different feeling. This one feels like if I keep jumping it might start to tear. And the springs are weak. They are fine for the kids. But not for me. And here is my real issue: for $300 I could buy the cheap round trampoline. But I paid $750 for an "upgraded" version. And I think they use the same quality mat and springs as they do on the smaller cheaper ones. In my mind that's just dishonest. Also, I work very closely with galvanized pipes at my job. I know what things cost. I imagine the cost increase in the frame material between the $300 trampolines and this $750 trampoline is maybe $100. I expect the other $350 to go toward a better mat. I jump on my friends $1800 trampoline and their mat is awesome. I called their company to ask what the retail price for a replacement mat would be. It was $175. That means that the cost is maybe $100. So if skywalker's cost is $50 or $75 for their mat- it's a no brainer to increase the quality to a better mat. I'll end my rant and just say that skywalker needs to get better mats and springs and figure out how to keep their prices down to stay in this low-end walmart-type market. I fully expect this trampoline to last me 2 years tops. In the mean-time, I'm going to shop around for a high quality mat and springs from another source. Also, I am implying that the frame is great. Top notch. There is no way it is going to buckle or break. If you are scared of those pictures of collapsed frames- that won't happen with this model. There are no welds to snap. It's actually a great design. That's why I'm all for keeping this great frame and sourcing out another mat and springs. Hopefully this helps you guys out there looking to buy a trampoline. I went with this one because the frame is solid, and it's says there is a bigger bounce than the round ones. That would be true if they upgraded the mat and springs quality which I don't think they do. I still say I would recommend it because at this price range I feel its the best option. It's my suspicion that skywalker's profit margin is much higher on this model because they are using the same specs as their cheaper models. But what do I know, I'm just a customer. Happy shopping!

Fast delivery, some blemishes, overall good

Arrived in less than 2 days!! We expected it on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and it came on the 23rd. There were some divots in the foam padding around the upper poles and a few hanging strings from the jump mat but nothing that affects the overall function. It’s good size for my tween gymnasts to practice their tumbling one at a time, and I love that the mat and netting are attached, it makes it enclosure feel much safer!

Amazing trampoline

This is our 5th trampoline we have purchased and this is by far the best one. Parts seem sturdy, and the elasticity in this thing is unbelievable. My 9 year old jumps so high shes almost above the next and she only weighs 55lbs. Set up was easy. We love it. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it didnt come with the pot tops for the net.

Kids Love It - Not Sure How Long Foam Will Last

Received all parts but some of the foam around the enclosure was already torn. Figuring this is just the beginning (since it’s not heavy duty foam), we just used some duct tape to keep the foam together and have started using it. Kids -10 & 12 yo are loving it. I thought it might be too small but it’s just the right size for our space and kids aren’t complaining about it being too small (9’x15’). For the kids ages, I think any smaller would probably feel too small.

Missing Items

Upon unpacking the trampoline (as a surprise for a child's birthday), there were several items missing in the box including 10 springs, some screws, and other misc parts. We were unable to get it, the main gift for our daughter, up in time for her birthday/party. You would think paying over $400 for a trampoline, it would have all of the parts. So now I have to spend even more money and shipping and order springs and parts while we continue to wait on the shipment to arrive. Would not reccoment this product.

Defective Parts

I have had this trampoline for 8 days and in 3 different spots the triangle part that connects the jump mat to the springs has broken and spread apart. We set it up exactly according to the instructions. It was fun while it lasted but It’s being returned.
