We have tried multiple different brands of litter and always had a problem with it (ex: didn't clump enough, didn't control the odor, etc). Then we tried Fresh Step Total Control with Febreze, and we LOVE this litter. There is never a litter box odor, even while scooping. The odor control is so amazing, we sometimes forget to clean the litter box for a couple of days. The other litters we tried reminded us, constantly. It clumps wonderfully, and makes scooping much easier than some of the other brands we tried- no goopy mess. I recommend this litter to all my friends who have cats. Even the cat loves it. She actually rubs against the bag whenever I am changing her litter out. The only wish I had for this litter is that it is really heavy coming in one big 42 pound bag at Sam's Club. I wish it was two bags together, or something like that. But, I am happy to deal with that one little issue because this litter is the best product on the market.

I get this one sometimes when it's on sale and it's obviously a favorite to many for a reason. It's also very economical, though I preferred the pail verson for the reusability of the pail :) However, as litter it's great at odor control, it doesn't track very much, and my cats have no aversion to sharing it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter keeps my cats' litter box from smelling up the entire room. I've actually forgotten to change the litter a couple days after it should have been done because the smell was not there to remind me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bestest of the Best :) Odor Control is one of the most valuable and talented controls imminently necessary for society, essential to evolution and rightfully acknowledging the masterful designs your companies are including into affordable worthwhile products of the present day consumers availability. Thank you for your attention and capacities :)

We bought this because with multiple foster kittens we go thru a bit of litter. We have tried all the different kinds especially those with "odor neutralizing" features. This one is the best by far. It actually does weekday it say it will and clumps quickly which is great since it seems when one goes, they all need to go. Highly recommend.

Since the change, not sure why it was made the litter is terrible. It clumps but gets wet and clay-like. It sticks to the litter pan and my cat's paws. I have used Fresh Pet For over 20 years, but now I have to to find a new little brand. Please do not write the same response as you did to the others who have noted the same issues. Telling me to call will not fix the problem.

I like this litter because it has a good scent that is not overpowering. It also works well for my 2 cats even though not marketed as a multi-cat litter. The only drawback I have is that it doesn't seem to be "low dust" and it is certainly easy for them to track it outside of the litter box. Other than that, this is my go-to litter!

I began buying this a few months ago when our local store switched to it. I didn't notice a odor control difference between the Febreeze kind and the other Fresh Step types. Dust is still pretty bad too. Overall, this litter is still better than other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fresh Step Litter sample I recieved has convinced me to try to product for my multiple cats. I always use generic but after trying this product and purchasing I wont be using anything but Fresh Step Litter from now on. It is a truly great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh step is always my go to for car litter. With the exception of how it sticks to the cars paws and the amount of dust it creates, it is perfect for our family. We have three cats but you would never know we even had one.
