I have 4 cats and I like the crystals the best, they seem to last the longest for me and each cat has its own box. My one female cat started going on the pad beside her box so I tried this brand and I think it's gentler on her paws, but whatever the reason the new litter has taken care of the problem ! So she gets her own bag !!!

I've been a cat owner for over twenty years and used several brands of litter in that span of time. Some of which were good at first and lost quality and effectiveness down the line. Not so with the Fresh Step brand. I highly recommend using this litter over any other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Total Control clumping cat litter with Febreze freshness with the Sparkling clean scent quite a long time ago, and had it in the garage until needed. I found it today and decided to try it out. My husband easily opened the sturdy bag after I had spent some time attempting to get it open without ruining the zipper closing. That was obviously user error, not the fault of packaging. LOL. The product was clean, dry, and had an amazing aroma. The package was very effective in keeping it fresh. My cat could not wait for me to fill the litter box. He jumped in and laid down first, then got up and did his business. I think he likes the febreze. There has not been any indication of kitty odor since then, several hours later. The febreze is not overwhelming.the cat litter seems to cover well, while being gentle to the kitty’s paws. So far, I am loving this!

With this 'Total Control' Freshstep I am now in TOTAL CONTROL of how my house smells once again. It's great on clumping & it doesn't stick to their paws as much as other litters I've tried. My parents took in 2 cats & they love them so much which is strange because growing up I brought home every stray cat I could find & try to hide them under my blanket at bedtime & she would find them & placed outside. Not much of an animal lover but she let's BeBe sleep with her & Dad lets Mr. Kitty sleep on the recliner with him..where are my parents? Who are these people? LOL. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this from our local warehouse store and although the product is great the bags are cumbersome and hard to handle. Especially for seniors and those with disabilities. It is also hard to read the paw points off the package.

I like this product because it holds up well to my house full of rescued cats. My feline family is half a dozen strong and so is their odor! This product has helped manage the odor issue drastically. Other products have failed miserably and now this is the only one I trust to get the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Fresh Step litter for years. I've used this version of litter a number of times now. I have 7 cats and 6 litter boxes. Only time you smell any odor is the days I clean the boxes and only until I take the garbage out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been searching for the right litter to cover up the cat smell, clumps well and doesn't have a lot of dust flying around everywhere and I've inally found one! The scent is light and fresh and it clumps so well, cleaning is a breeze.

We bought this because with multiple foster kittens we go thru a bit of litter. We have tried all the different kinds especially those with "odor neutralizing" features. This one is the best by far. It actually does weekday it say it will and clumps quickly which is great since it seems when one goes, they all need to go. Highly recommend.
