[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried fresh step febreze scented clumping litter and it doesnt lack on its clumping. Its not too light or dusty so it keeps the area clean. Leaves a super fresh scent (maybe too strong at first). I recommend spending the money and giving it a shot against your store brand or low end litter.

Because I had used the Total Control type with my two cats I continued after my fiance' and I moved in together adding her two. It worked so good that she gave up trying to convince me that the litter she had used was better. Sadly I am back to only two cats now but we have switched to the Extreme due to and illness with one of them. Fresh Step continues to be our favorite brand.

It's smells so much better than other litters which u can't even tell the litter box is even there!! I highly recommend this. I got this free from pinch me!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh Step litter is a decent cat litter. The variety we tried clumps well and seems to absorb smell also. It does track some but I have yet to find a litter that doesn't. Fresh step is a regular in our house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With having multiple cats in our apartment, it was important for us to find a quality litter that clumped while also eliminating odor. Fresh Step: Total Control w/ Febreze has performed at the top in each category. Even when put up against the off-brand equivalents, the grains seem to clump better without the excessive "P-pebbles" that slip through your scooper. The dust clouds while pouring were minimal compared to the off brand as well. If you have one or multiple cats, this is the best litter for your dollar.

We have litter boxes in the basement, but due to an issue with an older cat and the stairs, we also need to keep a box in the upstairs bathroom. This litter is the best at killing the odors in a litter box that needs to be near day-to-day human living spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HATE the smell of cat litter that needs to be changed. We recently reintroduced a cat into our household after not having one for 18 years. I wanted something that would make it seem like a litter box wasn't in the household. Fresh Step Litter with Febreeze gave me that wish.

We have used this litter for at least 7 years but this last batch we bought is awful. It is SO dusty I can't even stand to be in the house 2 rooms over wheny husband cleans the litter. If he adds to the litter I almost gag. I don't know what changed in the formula but it's making me hate that we have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the FRESH STEP TOTAL CONTROL SCENTED LITTER. It worked okay for the scent/odor control aspect of a litter. The only draw back in my opinion was that this litter was easy for my cats to track it outside of their litter boxes.
