I like to frequently change my kitty’s litter, so it’s awesome knowing we have more in our closet for her instead of worrying about going out to get more. You get 42 pounds for less than $20! I learned this is way better than buying half for about $16. A $2 difference! Definitely worth it especially if you’re a Fresh Step lover.

I have been buying this for a while, but wanted to try another brand. I will only be buying this from now on. My 15 yr old cat has a kidney disease and is constantly using the litter. The other brand would get muddy instead of clumping. FreshStep is the only brand that makes litter cleaning easier.

I really like this for my cats, but it was even better when the package design was with cardboard box. It did create less dust when pouring into the litter box, but now it makes more dust... However, quality of the sand itself it good. It masks the odor, clumps well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have 2 cats but one is very large and really drops some "bombs". Even with an air purifier next to the box it was bad. Mixed the Febreze total control with some of the other litter I was using and what a difference! I cleaned out his litter box and replace completely with Febreze Total Control and haven't had to spray air sanitizer once in 2 weeks!

I didn't like that this product didn't have anything to freshen the old litter. It was awkward to use when first opened (heavy) and when almost empty (can't control the bag).

This litter is very heavy when scooping, not great at clumping. The febreze smell doesn't last, after 1 use its gone. When cats use litter the smell lingers and its not fresh. Better off buying the Purina light weight, smells great, clumps and not heavy to scoop at all.

We have 7 indoor cats and usually buy the 42lb bag. The cats love it and so do we.I had coupons for another brand one time and asked my husband if he wanted me to get it to save a little money.He said no,only Fresh Step. My daughter has 2 cats and when she tried a different kind,one of them wouldn't use the littler box,so now she will never get another brand either.

BEST CLUMPING, NO ODOR, AND MY KITTY LOVES IT MORE THAN THE OTHERS. SHE STAYS IN THE LITTER BOX MORE THAN SHE DOES IN HER BED. SHE LOVES THE SMELL. THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING PRODUCT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the FRESH STEP TOTAL CONTROL SCENTED LITTER. It worked okay for the scent/odor control aspect of a litter. The only draw back in my opinion was that this litter was easy for my cats to track it outside of their litter boxes.

I've tried every brand out there and nothing beats fresh step. I have a large cat liter box so the 42lb is my preference but the added fabreeze really amps up his already a,axing product.
