- 2 out of 5 stars review10/13/2024The brush feels good but everything about the design is the worst. First is magnetic charging slight touch on a crowded sink will topple it off. Screen is pretty much usuless when brushing because we can’t see it. Also there is huge gap where the brush head fits into the handle and finally after the brushing when it’s placed on the charger the water will flow down and collect at the charging location. Not sure how this super expensive brush passed all the design flaws.

Can’t operate modes from the brush or the nonfunctioning App. so, brush not working and app not working (both are supposedly options for mode changing). Before returning decided to call company. They could not help but said someone else would call me back. They never did. Pathetic all the way around.

I got to say this is one powerfull toothbrush, after the first time i brushed my teeth with it i felt like i had a profesional cleaning at the dentist, my teeth where so clean.It has multible settings and programs. From language to density, length etc. i like the happy/ sad face after you brushed. The charger is magnetic and does a great charge. The travelcase is also very nice..The handle is easy to grab and to use. I am still trying to figure out the bluetooth part.I like the diffrent lightup pressure sensores.This is the best Rechargeable electric toothbrush i ever had and i highly recommen...

It has some of amazing features. The latest technology makes it easy to keep track of how long you are actually spending brushing your teeth. There are multiple language settings that make it easy to set to your likings. After using the oral B series 7 electric toothbrush I will never use a regular toothbrush again.

I wanted to use the super sensitive setting due to my mouth being sore from braces but when I’d try to find the setting I’d find it locked on the app and I’d have to perform factory reset on it. Tried to return the toothbrush only to be told I couldn’t due to no longer having the original box. I still had the user manual and inside packaging just not the outer box and still was refused a refund. I will never buy anything with oral b on it which has always been my brand of choice for toothbrushes. Oh well, I’m sure my meager contribution will not hurt them any...

It cleans my teeth as close to a professional cleaning. 2 things that are not great is the app and longevity of brush heads. The app shows teeth are clean on one side when. I didn’t even brush that side. It is a terrible disappointment using the app and paying that much for it. The other is they state the brush head will last 3 months but it was cut in half whe. I got notice to change the brush head.. I have been using the 2nd one now for 3-4 weeks. Replacing more often can get pricey.

This is an awesome toothbrush. You connect to your phone through the app. Has 5 great smart modes. Comes with a smart pressure sensor which I like because my gums are very sensitive. It comes with a round brush which makes it easier to use.The carrying case it comes with is a great bonus. This is a excellent electric toothbrush.
