Not sure what it’s happening with this AirPods, I bought it because I loved so much my son’s, but I can’t used for a couple hours at least before they ran out of battery, also they disconnected very often trying to get help from customer service the warranty frame time is very short unusual for Apple products

Bought a pair for Black Friday. AirPods Pro I received are faulty and experience crackling noise that is common with older AirPods Pro models and are being recalled by Apple. Apple Store employee informed me that the AirPods Pro serial number does not match the case - meaning AirPods themselves are an older model while the charging case is the recent MagSafe one. Although Apple acknowledged the issue I was experiencing, they are refusing to repair them as I did not purchase them through Apple. Never knew that I would be sold an old AirPods model in a brand new sealed packaging, with a recent charging case nonetheless. Didn't actually believe it was possible. I follow the Apple scene and was familiar with the crackling issue on older models, but thought that if I go with MagSafe charging case, I will be safe. Very poor outcome. AirPods themselves arrived 1 day before schedule, so I will give Walmart 1 more star for that.

Bought 2 pair 1 for myself and 1 for my son and quit charging after a year … I love AirPods but these are thw 4 th air I bought same thing make it about. Hear and I swore I bought the insurance because of my first purchase for my son and I but it’s not showing on my digital Recess Year later

These are great earphones. My husband has small ears so most earphones don’t feel great and fall out but these fit him really well. The sound quality is great and we love the noise cancellation. It’s really easy to use with his iPhone. So far it’s a great product for us!

The sound quality is among the best. The device produces an excellent active noise cancellation that matches the best available in the market. The spatial audio is mind blowing! Very comfortable to wear even for a long period of time. The excessive price and the absence a volume button are the two major flaws for this device.

I have had countless budget Wireless ear buds and thought I’d finally get a premium brand and see the difference. Although I think these earbuds are great, I wasn’t blown away. All Apple products work flawlessly together, phone, watch, earbuds, etc.. and they do sound great. These are the first earbuds I’ve had with spatial sound mode and it’s awesome when watching TV. The bass is there but a little lacking in my opinion and I’m really surprised you can’t adjust the volume on the buds themselves. Most earbuds I’ve used have been touch control. Apple put a button on both stems of the earbuds which I like. When adjusting the earbuds in your ears you don’t accidentally change tracks, or screw up what your listening to like you do with touch controls. I do like that the case has wireless charging also. The ANC is alright but I didn’t find it to be much better than my generic Boltune Elite headphones. Do I like them? Yes. But if you want to save (a lot) of money and get some decent earbuds, get the generics I mentioned.

I like the airpods, but why would you not include a power adapter. They give a cord which is usb-c. The assumption that everyone has a power adapter for usb-c is just ignorant. Apple used to think about selling the whole package, before waiting to get complaints.

I received these as a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law. They stopped working after a little over a month. I took them to an Apple Store and they told me my AirPods and case couldn’t be fixed even though there wasn’t a scratch on them and that they appeared to be new (because they were). Then they said the AirPods and case were out of warranty. That the warranty expired in November of 2022. I said that’s impossible because I got them for Christmas in December of 2022. My mother-in-law provided the receipt from Walmart showing she purchased them on 12/8/23. The Apple employee blamed Walmart for selling AirPods that were a year old (manufactured in November of 2021). How is the consumer supposed to know when the AirPods were made? So my AirPods were already out of warranty before they were even purchased? So Apple says they can’t do anything for me and blames Walmart. This is absolute garbage.

Yeah don’t buy these. Their used. When you try to set them up it’ll be under the previous owner’s Apple ID still and you can’t set up. The case is also mix matched to someone else’s Apple ID so you can’t use Find My with them either if you lose them.

These are simply the best option out there for me. Transparency mode is important to me as I spend a lot of time on zoom and hate feeling boxed in - AirPods do this the best BY FAR (I returned two other brands after trying to save a few dollars - not worth it!). For work, play, and travel - best all around for sure.
