These are for me the best wireless noise canceling headphones on the market after having compared to brands like Sony, Bose and Sennheiser. It’s power comes in it’s form factor, Apple integration, good wearing comfort, battery life and sound quality. Its versatility is something else which makes it hard to live without once you’ve incorporated them with your technology. Only con I’ve noticed is that in very noisy outdoors environments the recipient in a call might struggle to hear you. In a semi noisy open office space there has been no issues with that though.

Bought on Black Friday and as other reviewer, can’t connect to any device. Created apple genius session. Not worth $90 savings as have to go to Apple Store. Last year got AirPods at Walmart and still working so felt confident. Hoping Apple replaces with non lemons.

Bought it on Thanksgiving from store and returned today. Initially was very happy. 2 weeks later I was in a meeting call. 35 minutes into the meeting the right ear piece stopped working. I panicked as I thought I may have touched something and switched to wired headphone. I put it back in charger thinking maybe the battery died and it reset. However, a week later same thing happened. I went to apple site and did every troubleshooting tip like checking the charge, the balance etc. A week ago the right ear sound became low compared to the left ear piece. I thought I could get online support but they referred to go to an authorized repair place like best buy which did not have an appointment for 3 days. Thinking it maybe an ordeal to repair/replace I returned.

Way better then I thought. Transparency mode actually works and doesn’t make things sound weird like my galaxy buds did. Noise canceling mode is also pretty amazing and filters out more then expected. Siri integration is great, it automatically reads my texts and let’s me verbally respond automatically without having to physically doing anything.

Bought a pair for Black Friday. AirPods Pro I received are faulty and experience crackling noise that is common with older AirPods Pro models and are being recalled by Apple. Apple Store employee informed me that the AirPods Pro serial number does not match the case - meaning AirPods themselves are an older model while the charging case is the recent MagSafe one. Although Apple acknowledged the issue I was experiencing, they are refusing to repair them as I did not purchase them through Apple. Never knew that I would be sold an old AirPods model in a brand new sealed packaging, with a recent charging case nonetheless. Didn't actually believe it was possible. I follow the Apple scene and was familiar with the crackling issue on older models, but thought that if I go with MagSafe charging case, I will be safe. Very poor outcome. AirPods themselves arrived 1 day before schedule, so I will give Walmart 1 more star for that.

Rarely do I ever take the time to leave a review. Especially when it comes to Apple products. I had the AirPods (2nd gen.) for a little over a year. Never had issues with them falling out of ear. Only con is the lack of noise cancellation which brought me to today’s review. I took advantage of the sale price and decided to try the Pros. I was not ready for the experience. These AirPod Pros are extremely comfortable, I’m not a fan of silicon buds but these actually feel natural inside my ear. The background noise cancellation is AWESOME! Only advice I’d give is to make sure you are aware of your surroundings if you have both in each! Yes, it’s that good!

Noise cancellation is the best. My son bought a 50 dollar, five start reviewed pair and they are not anywhere near these. When my husband puts them in and turns on movies cancellation he almost cries and just beams a smile. No more A/C noise, no more road noise and much less kid noise!!

I absolutely love these AirPods Pro. I had two TBIs and fibromyalgia which cause me to have severe sensory issues with a lot of noise. Disney no longer provides me disability accommodations for this. I wear my AirPods and put on a podcast or music with noise canceling on because all the people talking cause anxiety and freak me out. Well don’t anything in the background!! Nothing. This makes the Pros worth every penny to me.

I love my airpod pros! they are much more comfortable in my ears than regular airpods, and I’m not always worried about them falling out. The noise cancellation and transparency modes are awesome. My only complaint was that it was a little hard switching out different size ear buds, there’s nothing to really grip so taking them off was difficult. Other than that i’m really happy with them. They also shipped really fast!! I ordered them on a friday and they arrived the following sunday!

I first had the regular AirPods, it they were so uncomfortable. They didn’t fit into my ears properly and because of that I often got sores in my ears. Now I have these pros and they are so comfortable! I haven’t gotten any sores and I can wear them all day!
