Bought these from Walmart 1 year and 7 days and ago. Oddly enough, immediately once I installed the new firmware update 7 days ago, my airpods started having issues with connectivity and the airpods would not charge in the provided charging case. I discovered that the only way to charge the airpods was to take the airpods out of the charging case and charging the case without the airpods in it. After the case was at 100% battery, I then would have to put the dead airpods into the charged battery case and FINALLY they would charge. I charged both the case and airpods up to 100%, and left them in my office desk. I came back into the office the next morning and noticed my airpods AND charging case were once again completely dead after being charged to 100%, even though they had been fully charged prior to me leaving the night before with ZERO use. I took my Airpods into the Apple Store in Denver and was told that the battery for the case was completely "burnt out", but could not state as to why. These airpods have strictly been used indoors and stored inside of my office desk at work, so sweat/water damage is out of the question. The folks at the Apple Store told me that because it was 7 days over the given warranty, there was nothing that they could do about it. They then informed me that I could buy an entirely new charging case for $80 and that would fix my problem. I think I'll just throw them in the trash instead and skip out on Apple products from now on.

The sound quality is among the best. The device produces an excellent active noise cancellation that matches the best available in the market. The spatial audio is mind blowing! Very comfortable to wear even for a long period of time. The excessive price and the absence a volume button are the two major flaws for this device.

Yeah don’t buy these. Their used. When you try to set them up it’ll be under the previous owner’s Apple ID still and you can’t set up. The case is also mix matched to someone else’s Apple ID so you can’t use Find My with them either if you lose them.

I haven’t had these all that long. I wasn’t sure if they would work for me or not as many of the in ear headphones are too big and don’t stay in as a result. I knew going in there was a chance this would happen with these. They fit though once I changed to the small tips. Pros: The noise canceling is great. Audio quality on calls is good. Sound for listening is good. Cons: The battery life is as advertised but I was hoping for longer. I got a headache using noice cancellation for long than an hour. Over all these seem like great so far and I’m very happy with them.

Don’t stay in ears with standard tips so you have to buy 3rd party tips or risk them falling out constantly. Transparency mode has loud white noise effect that is annoying when volume levels are low. ANC is good but doesn’t filter higher frequencies well and Apple doesn’t put ratings up to know limits.

These are fantastic. I can’t believe how well the noise cancellation works. The sound quality is excellent. Transparency mode is not something I excepted to use much, but it’s great if I want to listen to something while I clean up the house, and still want to be able to hear if my young children in the other room need me. I was also worried when I purchased these that they would fall out of my ears. I can take off sweatshirts while wearing them and not even think about them falling out. They are very secure in my ears.

Way better then I thought. Transparency mode actually works and doesn’t make things sound weird like my galaxy buds did. Noise canceling mode is also pretty amazing and filters out more then expected. Siri integration is great, it automatically reads my texts and let’s me verbally respond automatically without having to physically doing anything.

Sound quality isn’t on the same level as my Jaybird Vistas and X3s, which in my opinion Jaybird offers the best fidelity and range when it comes to wireless buds. That being said, the convenience of the auto pause when removing a bud on top of the noise cancellation and transparency mode make these great for every day use. Do yourself a favor, if you’re going to use these while working or doing any type of athletic activities pick up some Comply foam tips. They’ll save you from losing a bud during work or play, plus they’ll give the buds a better, fuller sound. I get them for almost every pair of buds I’ve ever had and as a landscaper and snowboarder, in my experience, those silicone buds never stay in when it comes to sweat and abrupt movements. Also, the battery life is amazing. I usually only have one bud in and I’ve gone a full 9 hours on full charge. So when that one dies I just swap it out with the other. Do the math, that’s a lot of juice to power through on these little guys. Last compliment I can give is the call quality, pretty above average for any earbud/headphone mic and I’ve tried quite a few. In these areas the Jaybird line as well as most name brand buds fall short. All in all, if you’re looking for a pair of wireless buds to stream music or any other media throughout your day and you got a hole burning in your wallet, just send it. You’ll be glad you did…if you’re an Apple user that is. If not don’t waste your money. Grab some Vistas, otherwise you’ll be paying for features you’ll never be able to use.

I received these as a Mother’s Day gift from my son. I have the AirPods first generation and love them but have always wanted these, with the noise cancellation as I listen to music a lot and of course talk on the phone. These did not disappoint! They stay in my ears with the extra tips provided. I’m really enjoying these very much, almost as much as my Beats headphones!!!
