The headphones are excellent, they are the best headphones I have ever owned, but they have a flaw and it is the ear pads, they fall off very easy, I tried two sizes but they always fell out of my ears. my solution was to buy some anti-slip pads through Amazon that solved my problem

Bought 2 pair 1 for myself and 1 for my son and quit charging after a year … I love AirPods but these are thw 4 th air I bought same thing make it about. Hear and I swore I bought the insurance because of my first purchase for my son and I but it’s not showing on my digital Recess Year later

Not sure what it’s happening with this AirPods, I bought it because I loved so much my son’s, but I can’t used for a couple hours at least before they ran out of battery, also they disconnected very often trying to get help from customer service the warranty frame time is very short unusual for Apple products

Have a lot of trouble with the silicone tips staying on an once they come off it will not go back on and stay…I wouldn’t recommend these,But I bought a set of JBL ear buds for a good bit cheaper and I love the,they have better sounds an the silicone tips want just fall off an stay charged longer

These are simply the best option out there for me. Transparency mode is important to me as I spend a lot of time on zoom and hate feeling boxed in - AirPods do this the best BY FAR (I returned two other brands after trying to save a few dollars - not worth it!). For work, play, and travel - best all around for sure.
