[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product in a few barren areas that I have in my lawn and no grass has grown yet in those areas. It was easy to use but I did not see any results so far. It has been two weeks, so I guess it is not working.

Actually this is a good product however to get the best result, you have to water regularly and follow instruction and be patient. in the end, I got a satisfactory result (not 100%) in an area where nothing worked before. I will keep monitoring the progress hoping it"ll get even better

With it's deep root performance... little watering is needed and it's still looking great even in these drought like conditions in California. Wish I had done the whole yard. John H.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had three areas where I did remove trees and bushes, did use other seeds but they did not survive well, and then I tried EZseed and the patches were gone, new grass all over the areas, I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in mid-October, and had occasion to seed a few small areas on new soil that was seeded and growing except for a few spots I missed. We had an unusually nice Fall in the Midwest with temps in the 60s during the day and 40s overnight, so I planted the missed areas. I am pleased with the results as the grass is growing! This was on a hillside area with a lot of rain this Fall, so very pleased it remained where it was placed and did so well.

Just like any of the Scotts products, following the directions is the key to success. I've used this for several years and never had a problem. This seed acts fast & fills in fast & that should make you Happy.

seems to work okay on small spots. Doesn't seem to work well on larger areas(3' x 4'). Thought maybe 1st container was an issue. 2nd container not much better(purchased from different vendor). Sparse growth. Even some small spots not germinating. Similar problems with this product last year. Old fashion seeding with seed, peat moss, etc. works the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotts EZ Sun and Shade has never failed on our lawn. The soil on our lawn is not the highest quality. We have used it for quite a while and because of it our front law and back yard grass area looks beautiful, green and healthy. We have received compliments from others and we always tell them to use this product. We will continue to use it forever.

These containers are expensive and one would expect to get some great results. The grass grew very sporadically. I bought some seed at 1/3 the price and it grew great. I expect to see the canned response of do this and do that. The area was well prepared for the seed. I watered it 3-4 times a day depending on the sun. It was just an overpriced and poor producing seed. As for the warranty, it is a joke. Come on who keeps receipts on a product you bought weeks ago.
