My tv is not working. I am in the process of returning it to the store as soon as my son can take it for me. I am disabled and not able to take it myself.

This was a nice TV however I did return it. Decided on a 7 series with 120 ratio instead. It was too dark, which Samsung indicates they are aware of the problem.

Different remote control than other Samsungs. Kinda crowded and not easy to recognize front from back in the dark. Picture quality very good. Smooth streaming. My 4K TVs are only marginally better.

This TV was a good choice. It replaced a Toshiba TV that I had for many years. You must adjust the settings to get a beautiful picture. The speakers sounds great.

I had to upgrade my previous TV to have the fire stick instead of the cable boxes. I loved the price and picture quality the size was a little bit larger than what I was use to but more picture for me to see.

In a world of larger than life TV’s, I wanted a smaller screen for our sunroom. This fit the bill. Easy to set up, has the smart features and the expected Samsung great picture. Happy with our purchase and pick up was easy.

Picture and setup were great. The tv has no rca audio outputs or bluetooth- so headphones can't be used with it. I have a kid who watches Callilou 4 times a day and danged if I'm going to listen to that. If you only need the speaker in the set or a wifi attached speaker, this tv is great. If you ever need headphones for it- you're out of luck.

I was surprised at how easy the setup was, including how it seamlessly detects and interfaces with my separate sound system; I didn't expect to be able to change the sound system volume using the TV remote without ANY kind of special setup. The interface to select apps using the remote is kinda clunky but no more so than other remotes. I like that my Galaxy phone can do a lot of the interaction with the TV (again with extremely simple setup), since the phone's interface is easier to use.

So far I love this TV. This is the second Samsung TV I've purchased the first one I bought 10 years ago and it still works like a charm. What I dislike about this TV is the fact that this is an online order only item and the first one I ordered arrived with a cracked screen and I had to return and wait for another to be shipped. The next three things I dislike about this TV and what prevented me from giving 5 stars is the app buttons like Hulu and Netflix are not on the remote control, next the speakers aren't extremely loud but loud enough for my bedroom. Last but not least the TV loses internet connection at least twice a week this is probably due more to living in a two story home and having the TV on the first floor and the router on the second floor. The picture quality is outstanding.

I would have rated this five stars except the owners manual is basically blank. it doesn't tell you how to set it up and I didn't want to take time to look it up on line. Once the set is turned on it takes you through the start up process. Be prepared to take 45 minutes and it also required you to set up a Samsung account.
