This is your best choice for a cheaper 1080p TV. We use it in the bedroom. It has all Smart TV features and a great sound. But remote control is just horrible, too many buttons and scrolling controls are impossible to find without looking at the remote. Truly great TV otherwise. I tried other cheaper TVs and they were terrible. Spend a few extra dollars and get this one.

The colors and everything work OK but there’s something wrong with the speaker especially when there’s loud bass, it sounds funny almost vibrating. The only reason why I bought it was because it had good Wi-Fi connection. Maybe it’s a simple fixI don’t know. But the picture is Sharp

Picture and setup were great. The tv has no rca audio outputs or bluetooth- so headphones can't be used with it. I have a kid who watches Callilou 4 times a day and danged if I'm going to listen to that. If you only need the speaker in the set or a wifi attached speaker, this tv is great. If you ever need headphones for it- you're out of luck.

I chose this particular television because it was a known brand, would fit into the cabinet space vacated by the previous TV, and the price was reasonable. The picture is sharp and colours are true. Unfortunately, after 1-1/2 to 2 hours of use, the voices becomes garbled. This soon rectifies, but returns about 10 minutes later. This sequence continues. I returned the TV in the belief that there was something wrong with it, and purchased another, identical set that was available in the store at that time. The same problem is recurring! Research has indicated that some smaller TV's that provide very good picture and colour come with speakers that are small, which can be the source of this problem. Now I have to decide whether to purchase a piece of equipment that might solve this issue and/or start all over again with a completely different brand that I had not chosen because of an iffy reputation for quality; my choices are limited owing to the very specific size that I need.

There isn't a better TV to view than a Samsung TV when it is set up to view in the Dynamic option in the menu to watch! It also has a wired Internet Connection option available with an Ethernet Cable to connect to the Internet for a variety of options on its TUBI Channel, which I found to be very informational, as well as educational! There are more than 60 various topics to chose to watch in all different genres that has ever appeared on Television in the past 90 years. Who said you can't have your cake and it too? With a Samsung TV, you can! P.S. I am going to order a back up Samsung TV because that one I bought from Target stopped working after 4 years, 6 Months, and 24 days and I paid $250.00 Dollars for it in 2019. it's a nice TV for the Price however i didn't like the volume control didn't work with my cable remote, so i wouldn't have to use 2 remote for the tv. the TV volume remote seems like it's not loud enough. if i want to watch my apps movie like Netflix, Amazon Prime, i always have to go into the settings and arrow it back to HDMI 1 to watch regular TV.

4 stars because it met my needs almost perfectly. Good size for me with a very crisp picture, good for poor vision. Action sometimes a bit skittery but not bad. Probably not the best choice for sports or action movies, but i don't typically watch them. Would have liked additional HDMI ports, but not a deal breaker. Suits my needs well.

This is a good tv. I do get hulu on this one. Great picture. Not so great sound. I went into settings and chose optimized option for sound. My tv stand can support a 43”. But what I really love about this one, is that it is 40”. I can still set my beloved knic nac by the tv.

I do not like the remote control. Most of the buttons are too small. The sleep function is awkward. Using the up and down arrows you have to have a light on to operate. Once you turn the tv on, the picture is nice and bright. Then it fades to muted coloring.

TV works great but I found that the number of audio-out interfaces was limited to an HDMI and a video interface. I needed an analog sound interface to connect to my pre-existing Bose sound system and none was available. It was necessary to purchase a new high quality sound bar to achieve the sound fidelity (and work with the video interface) that I wanted. The good news is that I found that the sound fidelity of the built-in TV speaker system was very good in comparison to the sound bar output; the main difference was that the sub-woofer is part of the sound bar.
