When my old non-smart HD tv finally died I shopped around for a good replacement. Samsung has a good reputation so I checked various retailers for a size that fits my small house. This one is a lot bigger than my old one, and a bit higher price than other stores, but was available to pick up the next day and close to home. The picture is excellent and the support from Samsung was too. I am more than happy with this purchase.

I have a 55" 2017 Samsung that I love. So I purchased this one knowing how they work. I love this TV and brand. I'm just waiting to be disappointed in that there will be a secret camera in it and divulging all my national secrets!! Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend Samsung, anything.

Having trouble using this tv. However I changed cable carriers and cant figure out how to get this thing to work with the new service. Super simple to put together and hook up. Picture is nice. I am sure once I get it figured out it will be fine. Samsung makes good reliable products. Not really easy to use for the inexperienced.

Pros: TV is great. Crisp, clear, and easy to use. Set up is a breeze and WI-FI hasn't buffered yet. Kids use it for gaming and have had no issues. Very happy with the purchase. The 3 star rating is for the delivery service....see below. Cons: Volume could be a bit better and remote does not light up at night. Biggest problem: I order two TV's and they arrived in a Ryder rental truck. The driver actually put both TV's next to my MAILBOX right next to the street!!!! He didn't leave it on the porch or even near my garage....right next to the street!! The boxes clearly say 40 in TV on them and anyone could have drove by and picked these up. Luckily my neighbor was home and sent me a text saying "there are 2 TV's next to you mailbox."

The TV was the exact size I needed. Picture quality is sufficient for my needs.
