We like the TV only thing I don't like is there no sleep timer button on the remote. It's a a five step operation just to set the timer. We bought it for the bedroom so it's a pain.

Nice clear picture. Apps take forever to load. Icons are too small. There is no way to set a default app. The function to return to previously viewed app doesn't work. Remote is not backlit.

Very happy with this model .. even at 50 it was pretty easy set up, but did have to ask for a bit of help for the smart part it was a bit smarter then me lol ty now that it's all set up it's easy to manage

I was pleased with delivery time on my 2ND TV. The 1st was a disappointment due to the screen being totsycrscked, which I found out after performing the setup. Great picture and it’s easy to operate.

The television is great but the whole pick-up process saying it is there when you order it but then emails you it is not there you have to wait 2-3 days.

i bought one because of the low price and the solid software. after i set it up i was amazed at all of the features and easy connectivity. once i connected my s21 ultra with dex i had to immediately by another one for my girl. awesome tv!

I use dynamic picture for excellent color and picture clarity. The speakers are so good I listen to music dvds through my blue ray dvd player. Have had a year without problems. Eric from Lombard IL

Advertised with Alexa built-in. I’m having trouble finding that. Also, the picture sizing has been blacked out and one more thing, the home navigation bar print is so small that I can’t read it from my bed even. I am disappointed.

Nice TV BUT... Occasionally when l turn it on... Volume is on MAX HIGH...the only way to correct is to unplug it for 30 seconds. Am reading several reviews same issues. Defect 😳🤨

good tv as samsung does this well. but. we initially bought this tv to stream football games w/o needing a cable box. found out that the os is incompatible with comcast streaming software. sad.
