we bought 2 of these for 2 bedrooms. they were easy to set-up on their tv stands and hardly take up any space. crisp picture, easy to use, recommend this tv highly. great value for the price!

the tv works fine. but there is no way to download the hulu app. you have to get an amazon firestick or roku to get hulu. that kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart tv.

i bought one for my mom in april, after her tv gave up the ghost. was so happy with it, i bought one for my bedroom in june. extremely happy. love everything samsung. great job samsung

i would give it 5 stars, but. the tv is great. the remote is not. the more commonly used buttons are at the bottom which is somewhat difficult to use when holding it. poorly designed.

this my first smart tv! my kids set it up for me and said it was very easy. i love the features,apps, color and really everything about it. i'm so happy to have this samsung and hope it lasts a long time.

So far my only complaint is the remote control. The buttons are ridiculously small on the lower half of the remote which is needed for watching installed apps.

l bought a 50" Smart TV in 2018 and now require my 3rd Screen replacement. Although my 2nd screen was covered by my extended guarantee, I believe the SAMSUNG LED TV quality is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Martin W.

the tv light brightness doesnt adjust. its too dark i have to use a flashlight to brighten the picure . its annoying. turning off narator was difficult. and her. loud voice distracting

Crappy TV. Difficult to setup even with 50 years of experience in electronics and computers. The remote is too small. Maybe just right for a 10 year old.
