I bought the first one a couple months ago. Returned it for an exchange. This TV has a design flaw. The plug will not stay in. The first one was really bad. This one is not as bad but it is still a problem. I would not recommend it.

Works well, has a good picture but as most newer TV's the sound output is lacking without some sort of external speaker. I bought a second one, both are used in bedrooms and for that they are fine and I am completely satisfied

crystal clear bright picture with fine detail. Setup is so easy and listing channels as tv guide that you can scroll through and select a program. Also has description of the program.

i found this samsung smart tv disappointing. it didn't support many of the apps that i had on my old roku tv...one being hulu. it was also difficult to maneuver around. i returned it the next day & bought another roku tv. now i'm happy again!

I really enjoy the picture quality, set up was easy and since I already had a Samsung account, I was able to import all of my apps I used on my old TV.

we have had numerous samsung tvs previously. the color on this one is very poor. each time i adjust (enhance the color settings), it reverts to a very washed out color.

Very disappointed! Picture is fine but making an airplay connection isn’t happening. If you need or want that capability you should likely stay away from Samsung. I have the same issue on my 65” Series 8!

Very sharp and beautiful picture ! Works great with the Spectrum app ! Great tv at a great price ! Love it ! We upgraded the tv in our bedroom and we we loved it so much that we purchased another one for our patio room !

Up-sized my bedroom set from 32 to this 40inch model and boy was it easy. I easily assembled it, plugged it in and it intuitively set itself up!! I'm impressed.
