Good solid shredder. Says what it does and does it pretty darn good! Worth the month. Well built. It will handle the occassional staple or paperclip - this is really nice instead of jamming up.

This thing is amazing. It just works. I have had it working for hours at a time and it goes through paper including staples. Even CDs. Very large capacity bin. Wheels are a plus.

What a great shredding machine! The machine isn’t load and micro cuts the paper. It is very handy and super easy to use. I love it and highly recommend.

this thing is awesome, l love it. I get so much junk mail everyday and I love how this thing will eat up the junk mail i put into it. I love it well worth the money.

It is a micro-shredder and as a result the shreds go all over in the winter as a result of static electricity almost like popcorn popping out of the pan. The shredder works fine, though I have not "stressed" it at all.

Works fine so far. Easy to work. Have to by hand remove peices caught in shredder at times like plastic or sticky labels. Wondered if any maintenance needed like libricating sheets. To help keep it working.

I got one of these for my job 5 years back and it's chewed through boxes of paper. We shred everything with any client information on it. I liked is so much I bought myself one for at home a couple months later. I was just talking to my mom the other day because she was mentioning getting a better shredder and this is the one that came to mind.

I plugged this in and got nothing. Checked my electrical outlet and it’s fine. Made sure the back switch was in the proper position and still got nothing. I can’t comment on how this shreds because it won’t even turn on.I had this delivered because I’m somewhat immobile. Now I have to haul it back to a warehouse for a refund. Very disappointed. I should have heeded the other reviews that said to stay away from this product.

Just hooked this up and got it running. Compared to our last one that sounded like a trash truck, this one is really quiet and smooth running. Shreds 18 sheets as advertised, no problem. Big capacity bin is very nice. You can do a lot of shredding before you have to empty. Love the wheels as these are heavy to move from one spot to another without them. I would buy this one again.

Specs are excellent for the price. Other brands are selling similar specs for the price twice or higher than this one. Reliability is uncertain at this point. There's a pretty loud "thud" when the motor starts, which didn't happen in my previous shredders. It is annoying enough to cause concern. When the motor is running, it's fairly quiet. I am not ready to recommend this to anyone.
