We enjoy asparagus as a dinner side dish steamed, sautéed or baked or in a salad, soup or casserole. When I first bring them home, I slice off the ends and place into a container with about 4 inches of water somewhat like fresh flowers and store in the refrigerator. This way they stay fresh and crisp a few weeks.

we have been buying these for quiet some time. they are of good quality and best. but our last purchase was not so good. paid abt $9for bag and it fell apart out of bag in the cart, when we picked it up to move to our car. something is truly wrong with the package sealing process. see picture attached.

this is the worst asparagus I ever got. 2 days after purchasing this I opened the bag and it was slimy and through it in the garbage. even if it wasn't slimy the spears were so thin and small and so much waste. I will never purchase it again. this is my second try on this and both were really bad

We buy this every month, and though we try to select the best looking package, we often get home and find that it's old, smells rotten, or is nearly already rotten. We often have to remove the heads and are just left with stalks with meals. What good is asparagus without the heads?

Rotten. Appalled I would be given this as it was so clearly rotten from the transparent bag (was curbside pick up). Tops were broken off and stalks were smooshed to a gooey mess inside the bag. So much moisture was in the bag and even liquid at the bottom of the bag. I didn’t even open the bag.

My family loves asparagus and I’ve ordered this several times and it was great. This last time I ordered for pick up and opened the asparagus the next day to steam it and the tips were completely slimy and it smelled awful. So disappointing for what was always a staple.
